- It’s Christmas time in Nice, France! ! What's the holiday vibe like on the French Riviera? It’s actually pretty much like everywhere else in Europe - full of Christmas markets and twinkling lights - but with a few Mediterranean and Provençal twists, including glittering palm trees… In this video, we're taking you to the Christmas markets in Nice and Cannes, but we’ll also let you in on some very French Christmas traditions - such as their “little saints”, delicious logs and germinated lentils.

But yeah, people like going to the Christmas Markets down here. In Cannes and Nice they pay close attention to what people sell in their chalets, so it’s indeed fun to look for gifts/far from tacky stuff nobody wants.

Thank you! 🙏🤩 During the day, when the sun is shining, a sweater is enough, but as soon as the sun sets, you need a winter coat or jacket. Just be prepared to wear layers that you can take on/off 😅. Safe travels!
