Morning greetings Fiber Spider man. The guy with super interesting shaped projects. I hope to make this shawl soon. Sending you many blessings of the nurturing of nature n that you are appreciated. Your creativity is exciting n a nice change from ditto crochet patterns. Huggss.😊
THANK YOU! I'm definitely going to have a go at this! I trust your ability to teach even projects that are really beyond my ability because you show and explain things so well and your filming is excellent. This is just the shape I am after in a shawl.
This is lovely, easy and fun. Just right for me. If it gets too complicated I get lost and mess up. Thanks . I’m making this for my 22yr.old granddaughter. She’s going to love it!
Another shawl pattern I will be making. Thank you so much. I like the way it curves around on the front to hug your body. I think this is nice cause I make shawls for people in a long term care facility and I think that helps keep the shawl on them better. Have a blessed new year!!
Beautiful, I love this and I can't wait to give it a try. Your tutorials are the best!! Hands down! There's a lot of sites but for a beginner, no one can hold a candle to you. So, thank you so much for taking the time to share your knowledge and skills, it's so appreciated!! Hope you had a great Christmas and nothing but health and happiness in the New Year. 👍❤👍
Om working on one now 😁 started it a couple years ago and had to put it away for a while but am back at it. I wish I could show you a picture of it but have no clue how. I love your videos and have used a few of your patterns. ❤
You are the best teacher...best videos love your soothing voice....love this Cresent swirl shawl I think they stay on your shoulders nicely....thank you for this pattern...I appreciate you so much
Another beautiful and unusual shawl. I have already made 5 different other shawls you have tutorials on but can't wait to give this a go even though i am working on the tesselated forest blanket and 2 pairs of the comfy slippers but its nice to have a few things on the go at the same time so I don't get bored. To think before I discovered your channel I could only make granny stitch blankets! Thank you so much for your clear, easy to follow tutorials. You have made the lock downs so much more bearable. Here in Wales (UK) we are back in lock down again so you've given me plenty to keep me busy. ♥️🤗🏴
I am nearly finished making this shawl in a solid sky blue wool and acrylic blend. It is lovely. This is my fourth fiber spider video to follow in a little over 1 month. You do great tutorials. By the way, to me This shawl when laid out flat looks like a sand dollar that a fish took a big bite out of. LOL. Thanks.
Craig I am making this pattern in honor of David Browning. Everyone in a yarn community knows you are my boyfriend point blank period. 🤣 David was also my boyfriend . This pattern is beautiful and it is working up marvelously. I felt that this was the perfect way to pay tribute to him. ❤️🥰
Beautiful crescent 🌙 shawl! Perfect timing too I was thinking of making my coworker a crescent 🌙 shawl/ half circle kinda and this is beautiful thank you 🙏 love 💗
Beautiful! I see you're using the beautiful wood crochet hooks you received as a gift. 🙂I like how the hook has more of a point at the end. I'm crocheting a hat but watching this video..you're just so pleasant to listen to and have these little sayings and quirks here and there that are fun to hear, and I'm seeing how make your projects!
BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL!!! On my to do list. Merry Christmas Craig. Thank you for your dedication...I find I turn to your tutorial videos when I want to make a project...🥰🥰🥰
Thank you for sharing this, seemed so hard to understand but I must try, then maybe it'll make sense. Your work is so beautiful. I loved knowing you Rip, rip, out yarn too, glad to know people with awesome talent reps out yarn as well. Again thanks for sharing. I want to do a multicolor so gotta figure out how to make it look as beautiful,. 🙌
I like the ombre one, but my favorite is the solid color. I like this, reminds me of a spider web! Thank you for showing it. I have saved it for later. Right now I am doing hats. Have a great day! 🙀🌟🦋🌀
Im just starting to make this one. Its a lot of fun and very easy. Im making it with a very thin yarn a 4 dread yarn made specialy for me. And hook 3,5
I’m just going to start this! I have James C Brett marble chunky in colour MC81 which is mostly lemon and greys. Hook 6.5mm. Thank you for yet another lovely shawl to make.
Beautiful 👌 toutorial but after a long gap ,was eagerly waiting for your toutorial . please make one sweater toutorial for man , thank you 😊 love your all vedios specially crochet pattern
I worked a sample along with you in a plain colir just to get the hang of the pattern. I have to admit that it does look much better in a variegated or ombre yarn. It's such a simple pattern to folliw and it makes up so quickly. Now to find the right yarn to do one for real.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Thank you 😍so much 💖 I love it , I tried making this in the past It never worked but😕 this time it did🙂 I love it❤️love it thank you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ You are excellent in Explanation❤💐
I've got just the right yarn for this pattern! Thank you for a beautiful Shaw! Keep your coffee in hand and stay safe out there🕷🕸🖖🏼from me👾👵🏼I am just a little nutty and at my age who cares! Hahaha!
Absolutely Beautiful Shawl 😍 ❤. I am working now in the Bavarian Stich Shawl after finishing it . I will made its only I am thinking used Mandala extra bundle yarn. Thank you! Happy New Year 2022! Stay safe 🙏❤ 😷🎉🥳
Very pretty. I bought this yarn acouple months ago. Not really knowing what to make. Now I know. Thank you so much for this torturing and beautiful shawl. Happy Sunday.
I love crescent shawls because they stay put on the shoulders. I have been able to make crescents out of a lot of shawls that are straight along the top; it just takes a bit of experimentation (and some frogging, unfortunately!!).
Frog farm eh I know about that farm. Mine is called frustration and then I give up designing anything and check out your videos instead. I am a better follower than a designer .
@suniedaze8438 I don't remember, but I havnt mailed it yet was Still adding stuff.. to box . If I can get to box tomorrow after work I'll pull out and to get a picture of it on me .. u have Instagram
Thank you so much for all your great tutorials I hope you had a Merry Christmas and that you will have a happy new year. My question is could I use the mandala size 3 yarn and if so should I use a 5 mm or 4 1/2 mm hook? I have made lots of projects using your tutorials especially those purple slippers I’ve made a whole bunch of thoseAnd peoples feet are warm for Christmas.
Thank you! I used a larger size than normal, but its totally a personal preference. If it has the drape you like and looks structurally sound, go for it. 😁
They are from an etsy store called Letto Workshop. They are my absolute favorite hooks! Unfortunately they are currently closed for business as they are located in Ukraine.
Your work your project makes it so😊😊😊😊😊😊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉easy too follow other crescent spelled tooiooiiiiihardctoo follow give up figuring them out last two 1/2years THANK YOU THANK YOU

Hi Fiber: In case you haven't already, would you do a tutorial in the near future for the pocket shawl please? Thank you in advance :) Tray
Beautiful 😍
Thank you so much for all your great tutorials I hope you had a Merry Christmas and that you will have a happy new year. My question is could I use the mandala size 3 yarn and if so should I use a 5 mm or 4 1/2 mm hook? You usually start out by showing what the shawl looks like by modeling it and describing it.
Love this would it look ok in solid color
I love that initial color. How much yarn do you think I'd need for a bulky weight? Love your patterns!
Lovely💜.
Where do you find those beautiful hooks? They're gorgeous, and look like they'd feel so comfortable in hand.
They are from an etsy store called Letto Workshop. They are my absolute favorite hooks! Unfortunately they are currently closed for business as they are located in Ukraine.
Thanks!
Thank you Noraida! Your support and generosity are so very much appreciated! Stay yarny and stay safe! 😊🕷🕸🧶
@@FiberSpider this is a great feature. Enjoy & Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
Do you think this shawl would look good in an Ice Cream yarn or what are your recommendations on yarns to use?
Wow
Spider, do you think ice cream yarn would have a long enough color sequence, thanks.
Rib it Rib it!
If I make this shawl with 3.5 mm hook?
My daughter bought me ombre and jumbo stripes super saver skeins. How many skeins did you use?
I used about two skeins of the ombre.
Just a little confused. Do you start new section every fourth row? Also is there a written pattern available?
Can you verify that on row 11 you repeat 7-10 until as big as you want it?
Love this shawl but unlike you I need written pattern. Can you please help
Your work your project makes it so😊😊😊😊😊😊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎉🎉easy too follow other crescent spelled tooiooiiiiihardctoo follow give up figuring them out last two 1/2years THANK YOU THANK YOU
