      Thank you so much! I think I have. You could probably use this pattern to make something like that. What do you think?

  • @DMB088
    @DMB088 Месяц назад +1

    I just ordered some of the sultan deluxe and I'm looking for the right pattern. I like the full circle style because I want to make a warmer shawl for winter. I was thinking of doubling up the yarn and using a slightly larger hook. I just don't know if it'll end up big enough though. I have 2 cakes of each color. You used more than one cake for that size, so do you think double stand with a slightly larger hook would end up about the same size?

    • @LightandJoyDesigns
      @LightandJoyDesigns  Месяц назад

      @@DMB088 Not really. I think it will be thicker but not quite as long. You might not need it that long if it’s thicker. Give it a try and see how it goes.
      The other option is to bring in another strand from a different yarn and then this way you can get both the length and thicker fabric. Definitely let me know what you choose.
      I’d live for you to share your progress in my FB group:

    • @DMB088
      @DMB088 Месяц назад

      @@LightandJoyDesigns thank you for your response! I think I'll do the 3/4 instead, so hopefully the 2 cakes double-stranded will still be long enough. I will let you know what happens!
