Seeing interviews like this gives you a better understanding of the individual you don’t nor will not see in an interview post game. Unfortunately it seems James is still struggling at times with his actions after losing games but he is a great darts player to watch when things are going well in his personal life. I hope many people watch this video especially those ( and I am one) who have been very critical about his behaviour at times. I’m glad he was able to and accept help. He obviously has a very loving and supportive family. Glad I watched this.

James was the first player that caught my attention and actually got me tuned into darts , my first ever set of darts I purchased were a replica of his own darts . And I used to try copy his style of throw when I started playing . And ever since I have always rooted for him in any tournament he's participating in. Now after watching this interview I'm truly inspired by his personal life story and all the demons he has faced and how he has come through all of it whilst still being able to be capable of being one of the best players in the world on his day . I really hope James hits a good run of form this year and is back in the mix for some big trophy's because he truly does deserve it ✌️

What a fantastic interview, excellent, I love the way Simon challenges things and doesn't swerve, he also says what he thinks and doesn't bottle it to their face. And as a genuine hard working (12 hours a day) sufferer of mental health issues I'm glad they said what they said. Yes it's used as an excuse to do nothing by some, yes it's exaggerated by some but there are genuine people out there that work hard and you'd never know unless told. Great interview @simonjordan keep these up, and while I'm at it also the boxing podcast with Spencer the plum

Wade was a great player and one of the greatest finishers I’ve ever seen! I think he would have won a title if it wasn’t for his health issues. He was right about the game v Aidy Lewis he did the right thing but should have been more selfish. Great podcast

Don't know what it is, but always liked Wade, nothing to do with Darts, just seems a genuine guy and as it goes, has struggled as many of us do.

What I think he's trying to say at the beginning is that some people are naturally gifted with hand eye coordination and that no matter how much you practice if you don't have it naturally you will never be world class. I really think Simon even confused the dart player on this and made him lose track of the questions
