yo yo it’s not necessarily your dosha, it could be an imbalance due to vata alleviating habits

      I had a great experience.
My wife had a laparoscopic surgery for her cysts on ovary.
After that she was continuously medicated for recurrence of cysts. The medicine had tremendous side effects that she couldn't continue.
Then she tried ayurvedic medicine and miracle is that the cysts disappeared in three months and not regrown since.
I came to know later even lay persons in India are simply being benifitted very casually.

modern western medicine only cares about treating symptoms of diseases so that they have repeat customers they can keep milking. It's truly sad and dissapointing, but it also gives us an opportunity to explore other world health systems that have stood the test of time and not have to rely on western treatments or a bunch of prescriptions. Thank you for this Ma'am.

This is a really great video!. I am a small practicing herbalist and it was really awesome this video declaring the importance of the use of medicinal herbs and roots for healing. When herbs and roots are ignored by many as not powerful enough est. Nature is a powerful gift and we should not ignore or disrespect it .Overall, great video.

That was the best (and at same time simple) explanation about Ayurveda I’ve seen in RUclips. I still need to understand better...Maybe her book is available to buy in Brazil?!🙏🏼 Can I post this video (with all credits) translated to Portuguese? I feel like my family, friends and many people must watch this but unfortunately a few in Brazil would understand. Thanks and I’ll be checking more of your channel, seems so interesting. :)

Kerala have a good tradition in Ayurveda. Government and other Ayurveda medical Colleges are there. Well reputed Ayurvedic hospitals are there. Not only for discomforts but good treatment for actual severe diseases. Best is govt Ayurveda hospital in Trivandrum. But aryavaidya sala hospital is also good. If any one want to learn Ayurveda systematically join Ayurveda medical College in Trivandrum run by government of Kerala. But admission is difficult. For other country citizens, submit a request to Kerala government. Preferably through your government. Things will be easy then. That college have more than 100 years experience and lot of knowledge in actual treatment.

I do'nt have a appetite and I eat really little to non, which has made me malnutrition and underweight. I have really LOW BODY FATS too. I am a male 31 years of age and have had this since I was 13. Please advise me how can I work out my Dosha? would it be good for me to rub sesame oil on my stomach? can I incorporate culture ghee in my diet to gain weight? I would be extremely grateful if you reply to this. thank you!
