How you can get sound back in video recording if everything fails when you have already checked with volume which is working when you can listen to phone calls, videos online, offline or can even voice record but still sound does not record while recording video, os settings can vary for different mobiles but you can get some idea from here

It could be a software update problem or micro phone problem (in the motherboard) so I suggest you erase all your data after taking a backup (of everything)
