I've done this so many times I remember the code number and it still doesn't help Boost Mobile is going downhill they just keep telling you this stuff so you will stay there I already sent T-Mobile and Sprint merge this service sucks they kept telling me it could be my phone I went and purchased a brand new phone and it does the same thing

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ on the Sprint network. Have had no real issues for nearly 3 years. Yesterday, I got the "No mobile network" message. Couldn't call or text, but internet was fine. I turned the phone off and pulled the SIM card, and turned the phone on for about 5 minutes before reinserting the SIM. That got me text capabilities but no calling. Tried everything I knew, and was about to scream, and throw my phone into a wall. Decided to come to youtube and found this video. After going through the process that Yendry lays out my phone works perfectly again. I'll admit that I was a little worried about putting in code, and going through all that, but I'm glad I did.

Hello, if you have boost mobile then you have to contact them and get the updated network sim card. They are switching from tmobile to dish and you now need a new sim card so it can be put on their new network. The old ones will not work on the new towers.

@@TheBelilu Unfortunately no. I reached out to the SONY service for my region located in New York and they rejected servicing the device saying they do not have parts to replace it with. I use the phone connected by wifi and it's as good as always. Every now and then the device detects the Sim card but lasts a couple of days and then goes back to not detecting the sim. It's a bummer being such an outstanding device.
authentication error for updating profile and updating URL doesn't ever end. I let it go for 3 hours, and it is still updating. I will leave it on over night and see if it updates, but it doesn't look like it.

I tried everything, turned out that my apn was wrong along with the data under it, the only fix for this is to call your provider and get the information required, then go to your apn and enter the correct information and save,

Thanks. I'm have did that numerous times. I can only do texting while connected to wifi. Then straight talk tells me I have a defective device, I'm calling that 🐂 💩. It worked fine until it for some reason activated a "wifi calling feature" when I turned the feature off I can't do anything now whether I am connected to wifi or not. I know it's something simple that is the hard part trying to figure out what I can do to get it back to a working phone. Says my sim status is active but I have unavailable mobile network and server is not connected. In a electrician point of view It's almost like I have power, but a wires is crossed or a broken wire but still have some of the wires right in order for the circuit to work. Make sense???

@Rob Collins I will try that in the morning so that I can speak with their tech dept regular agents as they call them are not of any use. Bc they are also the ones whom said that my phone was a defective device to take it back to the store I purchased it from (it was a gift on mother's day this year & it was not an acception) which was Wally world(walmart) and they not only could not replace my phone even if that was the case due to they no longer carry blu brand of devices in my local store & it was passed their 15 day return policy. Otherwise they may have been able to replace my phone. It's a damn good phone it's been dropped and no cracked screen and gotten wet and almost drowned in a puddle but yet the damn thing works still even holds a decent charge considering I'm on it all the time I still only have to charge it once a day to full and I'm good for at least 24 hrs. And if I am not using it (rare) I can get at least 2 days before putting it on a charger. That's awesome for such use &/or abuse to a phone. And it was under a hundred bucks when my kids begged their daddy to get it for me. So I'm disappointed they don't carry it anymore bc the only issue I had started when a wifi calling feature was activated I'm not even for sure how or why it did but when I turned it off it's like I hit the off button for everything but internet capabilities. Very aggravating when I live off the grid until I'm at work. Or a populated area enough to have a cellphone tower...
This worked for me when unable to make calls on my Android. Go to Settings. Click on Network & Internet. Go to Advanced Calling. Turn on/off HD voice. Turn on. Mine was in off position. Worked for me.

I still have NO INTERNET (from simple mobile) I'm still ONLY able to text or make calls, but the WORST PART is, now i can't undo the RESET WIFI, Mobile & Bluetooth back to what it used to be & I don't know if that's going to cause me further complications with other things in the future. On my motorola I don't have the option for 'Network Type'. Mine says 'Choose Network' but it is dimmed & it doesn't let me highlight or do anything with it. What does that mean, for my case? And, what can i do to be able to follow that part of your instruction?

Okay, so I bought a boost phone and they activated it. Call& text works but it keeps saying "faild activation".
I did everything here and it resets and says the same thing. Boost tells me it says it's working on their end & that I need to keep my OLD phone off for 24 hours or it would interfere w/ my new phone and to give my new phone 24 hours.... Then it will work.
