I've already showed you what the current economic crisis has done to the Vegas Strip...but what about Reno? I had to take my girlfriend Gina to the airport there last week, so we got a room and took a look around. It was NUTS!
More than half the casinos were boarded up, and there were destitute people literally lying in the streets. You can see they've put quite a bit of money into gentrifying Reno, and there are some really nice parts of town...but the resort area is a post-apocalyptic MESS!
Check it out...Reno is going through a fascinating transitionary period.
