This was great. I worked in the Stardust Hotel orchestra for the Lido de Paris and Enter the Night shows for 13 years. I used Industrial to arrive and leave. I have been in almost all the businesses including the Hardhat Saloon. I also had a friend Victoria Sands who worked at the Crazy Horse II as a cocktail waitress. Very well done, as usual. Love your personal information as well as the factual history of Industrial Rd. Looking forward to a video about your “background “ work. Keep telling your stories and sharing your adventures.
I remember my dad working down past Tropicana on Industrial road when I was a teenager in Vegas. I haven’t lived in Vegas for almost 30 years, and never had much of a need to go to industrial road while visiting. It’s changed a ton!
Random pictures on the ground. I was walking in San Francisco and saw my college graduation picture on the ground. Nearly 10 years after my graduation. “ look, that’s me”, I said to my wife. Our hotel were a block, and a half away, around the corner. When we entered the street level garage parking lot our hotel, it became evident what had happen, the car had been broken into, and contents were on the ground like bread crumbs from Hantzel and Gretel. What fun!
