Do you ever use "time under tension" in your exercises? Second question - I noticed you use different weights for different exercises, what is your criteria for selecting weights for each exercise?
I didn't understand the first question . The more weight, the better, but the appropriate weight for you is one that you can perform from 8 to 12 reps with
My question about the "time under tension" is this. If your doing dumbbell curls do you stop halfway through the curl and hold the weight for 30-60 seconds then resume the curl .

@Gym.1 hi bro sorry to bother you, what is a good 7 day food diet for body building I struggle with that and just eat readybreak, do hour work out, protein shake, eat a sandwich, dinner could be bolognesse, macaroni chess etc, then another protein shake, everyday so I need help please if you wouldnt mind writing a list for me when you get a spare 5 minutes, thank you brother much love

Some good stuff, except I saw too much gravity doing most of the work on many. Fight gravity when lowering weight. Pull it up in 1 second and let it down in 3 seconds.
