    You did more sets and different exercises for your arms than I did on my entire full body workouts when I was a competitive bodybuilding champion. Volume training is without a doubt a dead-end to results.

    Great under tension training for real power , I have been training for 50 years calasthenics before it was called or known as calisthenics, to me it was just training , fruit plays a major part of nutrition when training as does protein but the main common factor in growing power is consistency and muscles under tension daily in groups , always remember big big muscles do not automatically mean raw power & strength, I also kick box from boxing and taekwondo so to be fluid and mobile with power means more when in general classification for power with strength, I admire the body builders , great dedication but a trained middle weight kick boxer who has calisthenics power will have far more punching power in his arms than a body builder , horses for courses , I also shod horses in my term years and into my early twenties so to develop an arm and powerful wrists , fingers during this job develops a deep sinew which comes when you put the complete arm and hands under tension as the athlete above is doing this builds deep strength power which lasts a long time even with milder training this power remains there quietly not clearly on display but remains 😂 all good and ooo never ever take manmade supplements for real power no need just train daily, it s a lifestyle choice to be fit and strong with an arm of a blacksmith 😅

    Thank you so much for this video my dear brother. I have a question though, so I’m kind of a newbie to gym it’s been like 2 weeks and each time I try lifting weights like bench press the bar, it gets shakey for me and my dad recommends me to use weights that are machine-supported so I don’t go off balance, though I feel like by doing this, I’m missing out on some big real gains as bench press could be really good for me if it weren’t shakey, and I don’t put on a lot of weights either only like 5 - 10 pounds to start off. Another thing brother that I’m curious about is that should I use free weights for all my workouts like the upper body like chest, biceps, triceps, back etc or should I use machine-supported weights as a beginner because it’s still only been like 2 weeks that I’ve been going to the gym.

    • @Gym.1
      @Gym.1  Месяц назад

      It is best to start using machine-supported weights in the first month, and then you can try free weights after that, God willing

    Rather than creatine, I use bicarbonate of soda/baking soda! 1tsp 4X daily in a glass of water. As it has a ph of about 8.5, it reduces the effects of lactic acid buildup, increasing endurance!.....Be careful though, as it can have a laxative effect!

    QUESTION TO ANYBODY READING THIS, IS IT OKAY TO PUT YOUR CREATINE IN YOUR WHEY PROTEIN POWDER SHAKE BEFORE YOU WORKOUT?
    AND DO YOU GUYS ALSO DRINK ANOTHER SHAKE AFTER YOU'RE DONE WORKING OUT? THAT WOULD BE WITHOUT CREATINE?
    ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON EFFECTIVE WHEY PROTEIN?
    The reason I'm asking is because a lot of mass gain powders have the ingredient maltodextrin in there which is horrible it spikes your blood sugar like crazy, and I've seen it in some whey proteins as well. Not too many people know about this ingredient maltodextrin, for those of you who are diabetic or pre-diabetic be careful of this ingredient!!
    If somebody could get back to me on the question I'd appreciate it very much thanks.

    • @Gym.1
      @Gym.1  Час назад

      Great questions! Yes, it's perfectly fine to mix creatine with your whey protein before a workout. Many people also enjoy a post-workout shake without creatine. For whey protein, look for brands that are free from maltodextrin, especially if you're concerned about blood sugar. Thanks for highlighting the importance of checking ingredients!

    From my experience breaks 60 sec do not work with every somatotype. For me as a Ectomorph breaks of 60 sec were totally incorrect.

    • @Gym.1
      @Gym.1  Час назад

      It's great that you're sharing your experience! Indeed, rest periods can vary significantly based on individual somatotypes and training goals. Here are some insights related to your observation:
      1. **Ectomorphs**: Typically have a faster metabolism and may benefit from longer rest periods (90-120 seconds) to allow for better recovery, especially when lifting heavier weights.
      2. **Mesomorphs**: Often respond well to shorter breaks (60-90 seconds) since they tend to have a good balance of muscle and fat, allowing them to recover quickly.
      3. **Endomorphs**: May find longer rest periods (90-120 seconds) helpful, especially if focusing on strength training, as this allows for adequate recovery.
      4. **Training Goals**: If your goal is hypertrophy (muscle growth), slightly longer rests (60-90 seconds) might be beneficial compared to strength training, which may require longer breaks.
      5. **Listening to Your Body**: It's crucial to adjust rest periods based on how you feel during workouts. If you find that shorter breaks are compromising your performance, longer rests might be the way to go.
      Your feedback can help others tailor their training to better fit their individual needs!

      You should not take creatine from this video, consult your doctor first.

    Supplements are a waste of money. Eat properly will be sufficient enough for the average person.

    Will it not be nice and perhaps a bit more ethical,to simply subscribe on everyone channel who commented on this video?.At the current count that would be 160 new subscribers, it could be over 1000 subscribers as time goes on

    Too much of creating promotion.
    Beware that creating damages your kidneys.

    Never liked creatine I got big without it and avoided it completely, That stuff can make all your hair fall for those of you who want hair on your head to stay.
