Phone not turning on issue, power supply faulty is a common place and quite complicated.
On this video we share not turning on issue fix on three different phones. Samsung A50 clock faulty, OPPO R15 software disaster and Xiaomi CC9 power supply circuit VDD_MODED the earthing short circuit.

Great tutorial on diagnosing phone motherboard issues. Unfortunately most people in USA just toss their phone when it breaks (unless it's super expensive high end phone) since labor cost of fixing a smart phone is quite expensive often more than just buying a new one.

Sir ... in diode mode when measuring LCD_AVEE on samsung A20S is has a value or no ? When i measure LCD_AVEE has a value but LCD_AVEE has No value, Cause i have problem with no display and light display

Full short means high current reading,
Half short refer to low current consumption but still power's on, but battery drains quickly due to leakage current
