yo thank you so much dog. this isnt my main account but i used to do a behing the back dunk on 8ft with my right hand but over time i got used to doing it with my left and i thought it was impossible and i wasnt able to do it anymore until i found this video. Any advice for someone whos running jump is almost the same as their standing jump?
Get better technique because you’re losing speed within your approach
I'm late ask but try running full speed and actually try to jump far,it really helps
