Great video👍 . How long do you boil your spuds for? You don't say in the video. Cheers Aaron.

I'm actually going to bake mine. No boiling at all! Then fry in duckfat at the end. A former friend told me that recipe, and it's a good'un!

Regarding the exact stages you need to go through, how long do you boil the spuds?

This is one of those videos where the details are a secret. Presumably because they don't want to teach you but instead just want to cross-promote

Great vid mate! Will I still achieve the same results if I boil the night before, dry them out in the fridge overnight and roast on the day?

I´ll try this, knowing that they will not be as good, as I can not do either fat or any kind of vegetable oil, so, baked potatoes it is 😿

Add some rosemary and garlic, and you'll still get some lovely aromatic flavours 😃 Hope you enjoyed!

    Never understood bay leaves.
If you plonked 2 spuds in front of me. One was boiled with a bay and one without........I simply wouldn't know the difference.

They are a strange one! It’s more the flavour they give as Ap posed to the flavour they are… a bit like a sardine in a tomato pasta sauce.. you don’t know it’s in there but it provides a depth and background note… hope that helps! By all means leave them out though 😂🎄
