I always love your videos because your tone of voice and way you speak is always very soothing to me to listen to. I really appreciate your production quality to your videos
Oh thank you!
Great video! This was one of the best nakeds I've ever had... almost 14,000 kilometers on mixed use (except the race track)
Wow. This is great! I love the big two reviewed back to back.
If I were to move to the super-naked segment, the two (and the Speed Triple) you’ve chosen to ride back-to-back would certainly be the two I’d be looking at, so I am thrilled you’re making this specific comparison. Great video, off to go watch the second one.
Shame that the street fighter doesn’t come with cruise control, allowing your right hand a little time to relax on a long run. Also no fuel gauge on a thirsty road bike. Beautiful bike all the same and it’s surely going to get more attention when you pull up.
Streetfighter on the road I almost ride on a daily basis. Wonderful.
Are they that really hot like people said?
After see a couple of blowing Engine on the M bikes i rater go for the Ducati its funny to say but i trust more in the Engine from Ducati
Great honest review Scott.
Have 2k miles on my V4s… so far the best bike I have ever owned.
Thanks for the thorough review as usual. Sometimes a little tedious though hearing so many reviews on YT fixating on the lack of a petrol gauge. It's subjective I know but to me, Ducati is a balls-out race brand and this bike is a stripped down Panigale similar to the one that is winning WSB championships and that's what you are buying. If you want a fuel gauge then there are lots of bikes with great ones as standard :). Actually, the Diavel V4 has one I think.
Thank you!
Well, it's really simple, there are no other street legal bikes sold today with out a fuel gauge, at least I can't name one. In fact Ducati have to actually remove the place on the TFT where it is normally on the other Ducati bikes that use this same TFT. So the question becomes why Ducati? This is a street legal bike, there is no weight or cost save, so again the question is why? Answer: tradition & different from the rest.
I say and it seems many other YT'ers feel the same way as me: "Some traditions are best left in the past and it's time to move forward to better lives."
take care,
Scott
P.S. Back in the day during my "track days" I had a 1999 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R that was not street legal and on that bike I didn't care, simply because I only rode it on the track. Also that was 20 years ago...there were a lot of things I didn't care about 🤣😁
@@NothingToProve Hi Scott, I think I'm older than you and I can't even remember the things I didn't care about 😀. Keep up the good work! Mike
great choices in bikes both are great !
All your videos are so enjoyable to watch, big big compliment! The angle of the license plate is not legal by any means in Germany.
I've just purchased V4S and yes, great bike to ride and look at, but whats fucking up these powerhouses at low speeds is the Euro 5 bollox. BTW what jeans are you wearing.
Great review! Thanks. I was wondering if you could let me know where the red rear set cover comes from. It does not look stock to and i would like one for my SF V2
It is stock right from Ducati, comes with the S model. And I think you can get one from your local Ducati dealer for your SF V2. Of course you're going to pay and pay dearly 😊
Streetfighter v4 is the best naked bike i have ever ridden on and there's no bike that even comes close. I've ridden most of them, mt10, super duke 1290, s1000r, even suzuki gsx-s 1000. Streetfighter v4 is in a league of it's own.
Ride M1000R & Tuono 1100 Factory, the only 2 bikes that get better track times than this. Then your opinion might change.
@@NothingToProve I'm probably biased, i own streetfighter v4 and adore this bike. It feels as if it was made especially for me to fulfill my dreams about perfect motorcycle xD
😊👍 yea, Ducati's are special and once they grab your heart strings there's no letting go, I know lots of Ducati guys that will never sell their "girl friend".
Scott i think that you had much more fun testing the Aprilia Tuono v4 Factory a year ago...
Yea, that's my all time fav!
It’s true that those Ducati are rally really hot for daily drive?
Usually, yes. Depends on the model.
I was looking at both and it was a no brainer for a daily ride. No gas gauge.. WTF? And the typical Italian excuse.. Real bikes don't need gas gauges. 😂😂
It's too much for the everyday riding, I have a kawasaki z650 and for me it's more than enough, I don't do track days
S1000r and get another bike with the change.
£24k....... and you still have to stick ya finger in the tank to see if its full.
