It's not [kuvak], that letter "č" in "čuvač" is read like "ch" in "chair, champion, chance" etc. Also regular grooming is not necesarry at all for this breed, as the fur is kind of self-cleaning.
OFC they can, with propper training and SOCALISATION. This breed will never back of from anything. Its one of the breeds, that will fight off bears. BUT they are extremely territotial, can be stubborn as mule, they are not great for appartment living. Needs alot of mental and phisical stimulation. So not for everyone. But if U r living in some house with garden and u actualy HAVE TIME for the,. they will be grat
