Do they live in your Area ?.. If they do, then you can easily attract them... You would need to put out nectar feeders for them, or plants that they can feed from.. Then place a water source nearby.

You need to put something in the fountain to create a shallow surface for the hummingbirds to be able to play in. They can't really bathe in this fountain the way it is. Not saying fill it in, no, just make a surface slightly under the water.
Agreed. They want to get in but obviously know better. The same goes for honey bees. If they slip in and get their wings wet they won't be able to get out. Please fill it with pebbles or something. It's obviously deep enough for them to drown.
They would jump in if they could see the bottom. Maybe gravel just something they can judge the depth by. You have s fabulous thing going here but needs tweaking. Love the whole idea.
Except they are not "bathing" only drinking. That "bath" is waayyyy tooooooo deep for birds as small as Hummers. It actually looks too deep for ANY bird.
Your all correct for the most part, they are drinking not bathing, except for their tail feathers. But I built a fountain, not a bird bath and the birds love it, so I am very happy.
It wasn’t built to be a hummingbird fountain. Just a fountain. The hummingbirds came and seemed to love it. Odd that so many were attracted to the worst hummingbird fountain ever, like I said I built it for me, but was more than happy to share it.

Hummingbirds have a serious expression on their little faces, but acting very playful taking a bath. Really cute video, nice work. Most enjoyable.

They are apparently the only birds that can fly backwards. Amazing little things!

Worst hummingbird fountain ever!! It needs some rocks that they can stand on, otherwise they just flutter around but can't really get a decent bath.
