That's a sweet lookin outboard! Last week I bought an 18xd missing a couple parts like the choke plate & knob that sits on lower cowling, so I now found a 25 xd for parts with everything there but the lower end needs a rebuild. both are pull starts. so will begin to hopefully clean & git er runnin like yours! I wonder where I could get specs on both for comparison between both?

Are you willing to share where you got the kit from/which one it is? I have one of these outboards and I want to get her running well again.

I got my parts to rebuild water pump from Amazon & you can also get carb kit as well
