- This lecture is about Snell's law of refraction of light. I will teach you all the important concepts of Snell's law.
Q: What is Snell's law of refraction of light?
Ans: Snell's law states that the ratio of the sine of the angle of incidence to the sine of angle of refraction remains constant until medium is the same.
To learn more about Snell's law of refraction, watch this lecture.

Sir u explain in simple words thanks so much
Thank you sir your explanations always push me to reading more
Sir sin60⁰/sin35.5⁰ is 1.6
Sir appne to kamal kar diya thank you so much fantastic explanation
Taught very well 👏
Good explanation! But i want to know how to calculate the angle of refraction/incidence to the calculator? can you explain?
Good moring sir how can we decide the in the rare medium is n1 in the denser medium is n2 how xan we decide it
Thanks for clearing my doubts sir🙏🙏🙏🙏
Sir this clss just helped alot.... u explained it really well❤
Thank you so much sir you make it easy😊
Thank you so very much ❤️ idk how will I explain my gratefulness
Sir your Explanation is very well
Thank u sooooooo much sir..✨✨
thank you so much!
Here is another Noteworthy point, along with the same medium for refractive Index we should give an account for color too because colors have different Wavelengths since you may have seen when a light is passed through a prism the bottom color (last) is violet, and top in red, it is because violet (also blue) has lower wavelength and red (also orange) has more wavelength... Less wavelength=more bend towards normal and vice versa
Thank you sir🙏💕

Thankyou so much brooo😙😙😙😙😙
Thank u sir
Amazing sir
hiii sir thank you for your explanation. I have a question, when I tried calculating the refractive angle (last problem in your video) I came out with the answer 30.71 degrees instead of your answer of 25.4 degrees, can you explain what i did wrong?
Very helpful
Thank you so much Iam in 9th grade and it’s so beneficial keep going !!
nobody asked kid
You are a good explainer❤❤😂😂🎉🎉😢😢😊😊

Sir please tell me what is sin i and sin r just defination
Why we put the opposite refractive indices in front of sini /sinr
Saved my semester
you'll save me by shuting up
Pls show the calculation method for sine 19 and other degrees
Sir y we wright sine on the place of sin
Superb
Sir can you also make a video on rain man problems and river boat problems as well please..
In relative velocity
I will try...

sir g 11class chemistry ka chapter no 9..10...11 ky lecture hen??????
How can we prove the law?
Thank you very much for this lecture, it was very excited and funny to learn ✨💕🤍♥️🥰
Sir where are you from???
When I calculate sin60/sin35.5=1.6 answer is different from sin30/sin19.5=1.5
Words pe mat jao bhavnao ko samjho
Mtlb concept smjho bro 🙂
Yeah, the answer should actually be 30.7
But it was a great video
@@glester2221 THANK YOU BRO!!!!! I WAS DOUBTING MY OWN CALCULATIONS, the last practice question he was getting 25.4, but even i got 30.7 as the angle of refraction

Very nice
sir ge you are good techar 👍
fix your grammar and spelling kid
Sir in the question you took n1=1how we know I don't understand this please reply me
the refracted index of air will always be constant which is 1
The BEST TEACHER I HAVE EVER SEEN! Mash' allah.. May Allah bless you!!
You have to explain the calculation part also for better understanding
Sir it was very well explained but is the answer of the last qna is 33.33...
Wait really? Cause i am getting the same answer and i was thinking i was wrong
I applied the formula n = sin i/sin r. After doing sin(50) i inversed it then divided it by 1.5 to get 33.33
You are one of the best teacher in the world
33.3
By the way Sir where are you from?
Sir What is n2 me
please reply me fast sir
n1 is refractive index of light in the air...
n2 is refractive index of light in the denser medium like glass or water.
👍👍👍
How did you know at 7:42 that n1=1 it didn't mention that in the Q?
The refractive index of air is always 1
no its not dumbo its 50
you are indeed salty@@saltyfries3943
Good
❤❤
Thank you so much sir😊 In the last question, I think the answer should be 30.7degrees not 25.4
No it must be 33.34°
I literally got this answer too (30.7 or 31) I'm confused 😩
Yes it's 30.7°
yeah you're right @@user-jr6lq7fk7e
Sir how did u get the answers as r=25.4°. I got it as sin50° by sin1.5 as 33.3
Did anyone get the answer like this
i got the final answer as 30.7
@@shaikmursaleen5901
@@shaikmursaleen5901yes
I got got 30.44 taking 2 significant digit of sin50
yes same here 33.3
Why sini/sinr opposite refractive index
none of your business you nosy kid
sir ge ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🍁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Could you make video on light full lesson chapter
It is very difficult to make a long animated video. Even five minute video takes 12 to 15 hours.
So, we will complete the whole chapter in many tutorials.

@@NAJAMACADEMY thank you
Sir please upload video on REAL AND VIRTUAL IMAGES

I think answer for the last question will be 30.71 degree 8:31
PLEASE MAKE PDF NOTES OF YOU LECTURES.
stop begging
Sir I think the answer of last question is 33.33° instead of 25.4°
Sir please check it and reply me.🙏🏻🙏🏻
I come up with the same answer
How do u calculate ir
in the second case that is 60/35/5 it should be 1.69
nerd
Im js better@@saltyfries3943
N1 = 1
N2 = 1.5
Sin oi = 50°
Sin or = ?
N1 sin oi = N2 sin or
1 ^sin (50) ÷ 1.5 = sin or
0.51 = sin or
Sin `1 ( 0.51 ) = or
30.66 = or
Sir i get this answer !! 😣
Me too
But 33.3 is the right ans
are you sure ? the real ans is 1sin50º=1.5sin30.7º
Having same problem 😣
Abey yar refractive index ka speed se kya relationship hai 😭
Are bro jitna refractive index hoga utna speed kam rahega toh light bend hoga na aur jo velocity 1st medium me tha phir 2nd medium denser rahega toh speed kam hoga isliye voh bend hoga yeh hai refractive index vo measure karta hai jo light ka speed 1st medium pe aaye phir 2nd medium pe kitna speed kam hua
Isme sin ka kya role h koi batado yarrr😭😭😭😭
yes bro???
The sine function is used to find the unknown angle or sides of a right triangle.
FOR THE ANSWER OF THE LAST QUESTION THE ANGLE OF REFRACTION IS 31°
To be sincere …Only God can pay you for your relentless service towards us.
Love and respect!!!🙏❤️❤️❤️
How to find sin30, sin60 ??😢
To convert theta into radian
Sin theta = theta × pie/180
For eg. Sin30=30×3.14/180=0.5
