No it was definitely a HOA board member spreading the rumors first. The HOA is the only people that would have known in the first place she couldn't pay the fee to park the boat in the situation. Edit to Add: This is absolutely suable, and in this situation if the HOA board, at the bottom line, are the ONLY people that would have known who can and can not pay particular fees associated with the HOA and every member of the HOA Board are bound by laws to keep it confidential. The courts can demand that Joy, the gossip, swear under oath on who told her. I know this because the HOA President, which I used to be in, did this to bully a single mother. We no longer have an HOA because of it.

Actually a few of the girls there were the first to know (my mom got along with most of the kids, some of them even called her mom.) Her kids were overjoyed but one of her bosses actually tried to talk her into quitting because she was pregnant, and when that didn't work she tried to get my mom fired for the stupidest little things. She claimed she was trying to help my mother because "the kids can be so dangerous" and "it's no place for a pregnant woman. My mom was fine and wasn't scared of the kids. Most of them there were foster children anyways sadly. She carried my brother for 9 months and gave birth in February and didn't have a single problem while she was pregnant, at least with the kids.

She wouldn't accept he left the church until he got with someone she could blame for it. My grandma was like that but not to this extent. She would respected different religions but had a problem with my brother agnostic views. Now her mother my great grandma was a devoted Catholic and was constantly learning about different religions and sects because she believed in her way but wanted to know why others believe in their way and what did they believe. Now she did have a problem with my brother going to a church that he wasn't part of it just to hang with his friends but accept it as long it was nice church youth group. So this Mother is truly crazy. Obviously your son had problems and issues need to get help for, you can pray for it but you have to go get help.

Actually a few of the girls there were the first to know (my mom got along with most of the kids, some of them even called her mom.) Her kids were overjoyed but one of her bosses actually tried to talk her into quitting because she was pregnant, and when that didn't work she tried to get my mom fired for the stupidest little things. She claimed she was trying to help my mother because "the kids can be so dangerous" and "it's no place for a pregnant woman. My mom was fine and wasn't scared of the kids. Most of them there were foster children anyways sadly. She carried my brother for 9 months and gave birth in February and didn't have a single problem while she was pregnant, at least with the kids.
