Glad this video has helped so many people!!!! Remember to cap the wires for safety! ….also if you want you can remove the key cylinder by turning the key once and push the button at the bottom to remove the cylinder.

does it works with you also . I have the same car i am 09 avalanche planing to do the same thing But I was told to buy additional Immobilizer bypass device ! I do not know what to do cause this guy also his car 09 should have Immobilizer . So how did it work for him without the Immobilizer bypass !
@@123heraz it work I got the key immobilizer bypass order sum key and pads from Amazon got the key cut and program the pads

yes you can just go straight from the sterring column ....has to be installed before the original start
What did you do with the original ignition did you put a key in it if so what position was it on. If not did you remove it and the ring around it
i did way with it being the owner lost their key
Would I be able to splice for example both ends of the ignition wires with the push button wire so I could use either the turn key or push start at my discretion?
Yes the key in the ignition is just mainly for the steering wheel to be unlocked if using the start

What if you have a remote start truck? Will it mess with the remote start functions?
just install under the steering column as in the video
I think you can long press it to just start the vehicle without triple tapping.

I got a 2013 Silverado exact same product but I have everything hooked up to where it will turn on the air and radio but still won’t turn the starter
When I hook the yellow wire to my white ignition wire it won’t even turn with they key that the only thing causing a problem
Please tell me you soldered or crimped the wire and used wire caps

hello, yep. this persons truck ignition was bad so we bypassed all that.

@@540tv6 what they normally recommend is you get a flat copy of your key made and cut or break it off with ignition turned to on/not start. Then you really the the key slot cap and install your push button over the hole.

What if my truck turns on after install but won’t switch gears ?
That would have anything to do with the gears.
I press the button and the truck turns on
But when I try and put it into drive it won’t budge
What about a2008 trailblazer
Wiring diagram will be different but it will work the same

This system is for push start. But remote start connections are exactly the same

Ok pimpin, Im trying to hook up a kill switch to my 07 sierra, what color is the ECM-Ignition wire I should tap into, and na most of these Foos tell you but dont show you shit jajaja you explained it by wire color thats whats up
