What do you add to preserve it for long without having sour taste?
I normally don’t use preservatives but u can use sodium Benzoate in 0.1%

Ok dear, 1kilo of milk= 10liters of water depending on the consistency u want. If u want it thicker, u add 7-8 liters of water for 1kilo of milk.
