  • This Commercial yogurt recipe is what you need to start up a profitable business in yogurt making. No fancy equipment needed.

    *The type of preservative to use and packaging
    *How to Make flavored Yogurt.
    With the preservative (Sodium Benzoate) you can store the yogurt outside the fridge for a month or more.

      I tried mine 2 days ago using yogourmet as starter and fat-filled milk. At first it was runny and looking separated after incubation but after over 12hrs in the fridge, it became thicker.
