He was a very good manager and was indeed a special one because what he achieved in Porto and Inter which other managers can't do with top teams in Europe. He was sometimes very cruel and angry which something I don't like from him. The reason his Porto, Chelsea (first term), and Inter had more success because back then players did respected managers and back then no players are bigger than his manager and the club, but today everything changed and that's something he is struggling in modern football to adapt to the changes.
I really wouldn't rank him below or above or in a hierarchy manner. He's the best in his own way. Entitled to GOAT status. His unique path was to win big trophies with underdogs and when he had an opportunity to manage big teams he analysed the situation and gave his best. Spurs let him down big down.
