- Way out in west Texas, in one of the most remote areas of Texas, an area that can only be reached by driving many miles down a gravel road, lies a classic desert oasis. This little pocket is bright green and appears in strong contrast to the surrounding desert landscape.
Where there is water there must have been human habitation. What a beautiful place. Thanks for the upload.
Yor son doesn't realize how lucky he is but when he is older he will always remember these hikes with you.
What an amazing video thank you for sharing
Amazing what a little water will do
That pool of water is a good place for a trail camera.

This place reminds me of Smith Spring in the Guadalupe Mountains of Texas also. A must see too!
Nice! Really liked the triple video view while you guys were walking. Did I see camping sites at the end of the video?
Yes it was!
opening shot shows how deep and continous the Flood sediments were when the waters were covering the moutains and being stirred by the wind.
Then as the waters drained back inside Earth or evaporated te make those first clouds they carried away incalculable amounts of sediments to leaver the sediment filled hills shown.
This Flood topography can be seen all over Earth as proof of the flood.
Wait like....the flood flood...like God telling Noah there's going the be a flood...that's an amazing observation by the way im def taking note of that💯
@@silent.reaper.4429 maybe if you could translate your name and comment into modern English?
@@rosewhite---You evangelize then get needlessly sarcastic with someone who made a positive reply? Brilliant decision.
A trail camera might catch some interesting animals?
That’s a good place to locate roosting owls.
That place has medicine
Yeah I went on a little hike with 2 of my brothers to one of the green areas in big bend state park. I stopped right outside of it and told them go if they wanted to. I was scared because they told us a lot of animals hang out in there. Where there is water, there are animals big and small 😳. And the park workers said beware of javelinas.
That oasis is bound to have a large number of Rattle snakes.........did you warn your child to be aware of such ?
After the airlift out and antidote!
