Research vitamins and foods that help you. Then visit a doctor to learn about what the steps are that you need to take in order to prevent or to help your condition. These things just happen to us, this is just life, all we can do is just find ways to prevent it from becoming worse, or fix is all together. But most importantly just do deep breathing exercises and stop thinking about negative thoughts.

I'm 20 years old and I just found out I have valvular heart disease (anterior mitral valve prolapse and mild mitral regurgitation)
same what are your symptoms?
@@fizakhan5304 i had anxiety attacks. I felt like I'm manually breathing, I can't do extrenous exercises or else I'll hyperventilate. My chests hurts sometimes, including my arms and armpits. That's when we finally went to a cardiologist and I had a 2D-Echo test and I got diagnosed with MVP.
Oh how are you now?
I feel skipped heartbeats
I'm good, still recovering and taking maintenance meds. How about you?
I am also diagnosed with AML prolapse and i am worried about it,😭😭😭
Anterior leaflet prolapse is often more benign than PML and BML prolapse.
