Re: Zero is one of the most interesting isekai anime that has come out in the past few years. The story revolves around Natsuki Subaru being transported from Earth to a new world and he is granted one simple power: "Return By Death". Subaru must use this newfound power to save those he cares about, such as Emilia, Rem, Ram, Petra, Otto and Garfiel and more.
Who is Satella and why did she grant subaru this power? What is the motivation behind the witch cult which have members such as Petelguese the sin archbishop of sloth? These are some of the questions I'll tackle on this channel, I hope you enjoy it and most importantly also enjoy season 1 and season 2 of Re: zero and hopefully it does well enough to warrant a third season covering arc 5 (Season 3 re: zero).

What about Flugel? Shaula described him as being "tough" to kill. And if i recall properly, Priscilla has(or had) the necklace which is able to either nullify damage or avoid fatal damage (arc 5 info).
The necklace isn't an ability like thing. It's an object, so if you snatch it, she will die. On top of that, it's limited.
About Flugel, we don't know about him. Though, since he is mentioned to be like Suneo, from Doraemon, he must be like a spy. He might also play something like Ging type of role from Hxh, but it's unlikely.
Also, I think he is kind of evil, because Echidna called him "Instigator" And Suneo's character was like "Vainglory."

In Arc 4, Echidna had mentioned that Carmilla put emotions into "non living things." Right now, Yorna used her "love" To move a castle, which suggests that this might be Witch of Lust's Arc.
For Sphinx, remember that "it can be said" That she created Capella with Dragon Blood, and Carmilla's Remains as Emerada's body was dead and hence non living. She will be in Arc 7, maybe at Picuottate to have Strides hand, which had the cursed rings (or she already has it ). Hence, there will be a war and a dragon might be coming. Also, Reinhardt may have toughest fight because she can use magic circles to prevent Divine Protection.
She can use the rings because her limbs are already gone. She can use those as sacrifice to the rings.

I think even Felix would have a limit to his immortality. I am assuming his immortality comes from some advance level of water magic and not a divine protection. If it is advance level of water magic then in theory if Felix runs out of mana then he will die for real. So just like Elsa if you kill him enough times then he will die for good when he eventually runs out of mana.

This reminds me of that guy in 40k who if anyone takes pride in killing him, they become him. He was killed by a mine once and the guy who made the mine took pride in his work so he became him.

That's true we don't know how Satella's abilities work and how she doesn't die or seen her come back to life I wonder if we will get a flash back story in a different arc about Satella
to be honest i think Al has two different abilities. One being the ability to run a simulation of the future and the other being what Al refers to as a trump card, which would be his return by death like ability and his ability o make someone else loop till they give up
Emilia is basically immortal too because if she dies then subaru would restart his loop no questions asked. Also something like the rem situation couldn't happen because emilia is actually essential to subarus advancement in their world so he couldn't get stuck after she dies.
Well technically true but not completely.
The Rem situation can still happen even if it's Emilia. Remember what Echidna said "This power is yours, and yours alone" &"Anyone who isn't you, isn't part of the plan".
But nearly everyone in the Emilia camp is still Semi-Immortal, except a few people i guess like Frederica,Roswaal,Meili and Ryuzu (cause i doubt he'll kill himself multiple times to save them)

It's kind of funny when you simply just think about it, most characters are practically invincible. You kind of forget that when you're used to the other characters dying in loops
See Roswaal is partially immortal, but he does in fact die when killed.

i start thinking that the other withces, except for echidna, arent real souls but magical reproduction of memories like subaru parents in his trial and echidna kept them with her, living in the dream citadel, where they are still somehow alive to stay together. essentially, as if echidna never ceased her own first trial
It's said in the novels that Echidna collected the souls of the dead witches after they died so I believe she does have their actual souls with her.

The divine protection of phoenix is a limited-use blessing, so Reinhardt can't just revive willy-nilly. But we never know, since it's Reinhardt we're talking about after all..
He can just wish it back if he wanted to, so he has infinite revives basically

Yeah Tappei basically confirmed Reinhard would continuously gets a new phoenix divine protection, you would need to isolate him in a magic circle to stop that.

About Felix/Ferris. How can someone who is both master of light and water magic be so weak in straight combat? He can even suck mana out of enemies. Suppose his body is that frail?
I think its because he is physically ill but have great magic skill/mastery and mana

Not to even mention the first novel from the misfit of demon academy series was released back in 2018, while the fate/stay night anime was realsed back in 2006 and people were making memes about Shirous quote long before Anos Voldigoad even existed.

I hate Reinhardt. Having such an overpowered good guy is annoying. Not something I'd ever put in one of my stories. I don't understand the purpose of his existence. What does it add to the story to have such a disgustingly overpowered good guy. I mean Christ, he's more overpowered than One Punch Man and he's an extreme parody of overpowered characters.

His powers are able to help him kill Regulus? Or to solve problems with family?
All that strength gave him is a mountain of problems for life (which he has no right to cut off, because he is the strongest, which is primarily a duty), the lack of the right to live a simple human life (do not forget the words of Pak from the 4th arch that a hero is the only thing that Reinhard can be), not even allowed to show weak emotions like hatred or anger (referring to ayamatsu IF, in which Subaru wished Reinhard a happy birthday when he first experienced hatred). All that power gave him was dehumanization by birthright and the heaviest burden of duty until the end of time.
He is basically the superman of re:zero and representation of subaru's "wish"
His purpose is to show how a morally good person and a not mentally strong person to gain the a lot of responsibility and power . He struggles and even gets jealous at less "fortunate" people
Doesnt mean its a bad writing. You wouldnt put OP character into your story but others will and do; again, not bad writing
