It’s fucked up because in every anime where people get summoned at least their family is deceased, or time moves slowly in the “real” world and they can go back and forth. But honestly, this anime makes everything more “real” because let’s be honest. If any of us were summoned we probably have made a lot of our own mistakes along the way.

Subaru is a tragic hero, he suffers so others can be in better positions/situations. I feel Subaru needed the re zero world cuz he made people like Reinhardt , Al and rem feel like their relationships drastically improve their well being and mindset. Al would probably feel more lonely considering there’s no other summoned people without Subaru. Re zero really is a story about how one person can change the lives of many

I think he might have taken up some sort home-schooling program/thing (if there is in Japan) where regular attendance is not required, which might be designed for students who are unable to visit/go to school for regularly/never some reason

Edit: Spoilers for Arc 5, Minor spoilers for 6/7 If Subaru wasn't summoned wouldn't Roswaal's -Gospel- Book of Wisdom not tell him to send an assassin after Emilia? If so The Royal Selection _might_ proceed, the Witch Cult would attack Emilia, but Roswaal wouldn't leave the problem in the hands of -Subaru- so he would probably protect the village and Emilia Crusch would be erased from memory, Emilia would never overcome her past, Felt might not have been discovered and not become a candidate potentially delaying the events of the series by quite a bit. The White Whale and Great Rabbit would not be killed/removed however Roswaal would have no reason to draw the Great Rabbit to Sanctuary so Garfiel and company would be safe Priestella would be where everything goes wrong, Without Subaru They would not have a way of defeating Regulus, and many others would likely die from Wrath. Pleiades Watchtower would be a catastrophe, I don't know who would go or whether they would make it inside or whether Shaula would just kill them if Subaru wasn't there, but even if everything went right they wouldn't be able to solve the first room and would probably die at the Four Corners. Something tells me Abel would not be able to Take his throne without Subaru. A good protagonist is one that isn't perfect. One where there are places for them to improve. And as they improve the watcher can feel as if they are achieving something. Like how a parent would feel proud of their son turning out successful. Change my mind.
Its exactly why this anime has "starting from zero" on its title. Honestly as a Web Novel reader I cant express enough how much Im proud of his growth which is kinda ironic he just turned into a child in the latest chapter.
Imagine an if route where Subaru after recovering due to his dad, getting a good job and a girlfriend got summoned at Re Zero world, world where he is separated from the people he loves, have no interest on founding waifus and genuinely wants to return to his home, and faced many problems so the way he got betrayed by Rem, he ended up outsmarting Rem, Ram and got them killed, actually managed to have contact with Echidna then ask for her power and a way to return home, endured more suffering and hate this Re Zero world and started a journey in which he betrayed people like Emilia, Otto, Garfield, destroying Emilia's, joined Crusch's camp but left them to be killed by White whale, fought with Al and successfully stole his powers and become the Final Boss of Re Zero which Envy Subaru has to beat So Last Battle would be between Subaru who helped people vs Subaru who abandoned people 😈😈
@@3dsmaster537 Ah, I guess this should be a good time to mention, that I have only watched the first episode of Re Zero, and that too a couple years back. I absolutely adore Mushoku Tensei though, and people who like Mushoku Tensei, have spoken favourably about Re Zero, which is why I have been reconsidering watching Re Zero! In the midst of all this, I got reccommended this video, and well the fact it was a question being asked, implied that Re Zero also treats it's Isekai aspect with care, where it actually matters that the protagonist was re incarnated, in contrast to many other Isekais, which could work equally well, if the protagonist had started out in the fantasy world itself, without any prior biases! So I decided to watch this lore video, and will probably Re Zero during a long weekend, so probably a couple months from now! That being said and done, I thought that in the WN Subaru probably met up with his parents at some point, or at least gets to visit his world briefly at the end, for the sake of, idk, fanservice to the audience, of the non-echhi variety. Hence the question! :)

For the longest time I was suspecting that his dad was flugel and got sent back to earth. So his dad was a proto subaru and we get to see him after fixing all of his flaws.
Honestly, without Subaru, everybody in the other world doesn't matter to us anymore. Without Subaru, the lives of Emilia, Rem, the femboy whose name I forgot, Crusch, Satella, Roswaal, Garfiel, etc., no longer serve a purpose to us.
I like to think this would have been Subaru's 3rd trial at the sanctuary: Watching what his future would have been had he been not summoned. And him getting shredded by the realization that he could have been happy and normal.
If I remember correctly, in Pride IF Subaru states that Ram looks dead and will do anything Roswaal will tell her. The way I understood it was that Rem died and Ram lost her purpose to live; I'm pretty sure this was Pride IF but im not 100% sure.

Most of these routes began as one chapter entries in the web novel, although some of them have been expanded after that (Rem/Sloth If, and Kansaneru/Greed IF have gotten their own full length Light Novels for example). These stories aren’t canon in the sense that they don’t follow the main stories events, but they are well written enough that most people truly do view them as alternative canons that tie into the main canon, greatly expanding the lore and context of the main route.
Subaru being in the Re:Zero world is literally a blessing for everyone. If Subaru was never summoned a lot of things could’ve gone wrong. For example Roswaal not saving Ram and Rem, Crush’s existence vanishing because of the white whale and Emilia still being isolated in the forest. The reason why I think that couldve happened with Ram and Emilia is because the main reason why Roswaal saved them was to be with Echidna again, but without Subaru, I think he can’t achieve his goal.
8:20 If Subaru ended up having a perma death at the end of the story after saving the whole freaking world then it would not be Worth it at all. But if he lives toghether with the majority of the people he saved then i guess you could say that it would be Worth it.
It's oddly for the author to elaborate more detail on how Subru's life would be if he never summon. I have a feeling it may come to be important later on.
One of the greatest threat would be to Betelguese. Imagine if Regulus is accomplishing his goal and suddenly he kills Emilia. Guy is gonna end his whole career in an instant. Then Sirius will avenge him and die as well..
We have seen that if Emilia dies in any other kind of way or person Betelgeuse wouldnt have minded that and just lugh and thank them for finishing things before the ordeal even started and continue bring suffering to the world as wirch cultists

subaru is so lucky to have the parents he does, theyre both good role models (atleast based on subaru's memories and echidna's recreation of those memories). i would not for a second believe that subaru would stay miserable forever if he hadnt been summoned, his parents are good enough that they wouldve definitely helped him out of the ditch
Hmm I think it’s worthwhile because Subaru thinks it is worthwhile or he could just quit whenever I know he tried many time but the decision to stand up again is his too and it is also great that the people he is willing to die for are willing to die for him too even though they have only one life. I just hope no one comes with memory changing powers again :/ About leaving his future wife is just fantasy for him at the moment and he doesn’t know about it Like the Subaru he marries his kohai would never want to leave that life And the Subaru who got transported would not leave emilia camp behind so they are different people
Couple things I question about what the author said regarding felt and Emilia being killed by the bowel hunter: 1. Wouldn't roswall's book be telling him how to achieve his goals, and if there were no Subaru around, wouldn't it change its directions and not necessarily include hiring Elsa to get her insignia and kill the people at the loot house including Emilia? It wasn't even public that Emilia was going to be a candidate yet until she went back to the capitol with Subaru to attend the official start of the the royal selection, so felt wouldn't have known to steal the insignia because Elsa wouldn't have become her "client" Also. If roswall's book really just kept acting like Subaru was around, wouldn't puck start killing everyone in the capitol, thus effecting everyone and potentially killing most of the people there before reinhard arrived to slay him? And if Roswall's book of wisdom was shown to be so dramatically incorrect about someone rescuing Emilia and getting her insignia, would he not then question its ability to help him achieve his goal of reviving echidna?
Witch cult knew all along. They even knew about artificial spirits in Arc 5. Knowing about all candidates before election is easy. And regardless of Roswaal Elsa would kill her. Because Elsa is also takes order from someone else, that's why she disobeyed Roswaal's order of just killing Beatrice and attacked everyone... Roswaal says gospel is inferior but he might be wrong. And it's not like any candidate survives even if they don't die very early. Arc 5 kills Anastasia %100. Whale kills Crush %100 Betelgeuse kills Emilia%100 Betelgeuse actually might be most dangerous arcbishop because he is unpredictable as fuck has 10 lives and unseen hands are broken. He is meticulous as fuck. Roswaal while can kill all arcbishops in a fair fight.... There is no such thing as fair fight. Only Subaru can defeat them and Reinhard can only survive with everyone's corpses around. And Puck is useless. Something will kill Priscilla... Simply as that. But wrath kills her %100 if she comes to Priestella. Or just drops out the election. Felt.... Felt wouldn't be found if it's not for Subaru but again... Did Elsa reached felt because of Roswaal or she would done regardless? Who knows but it's not like Reinhard can save her if she is attacked by even 1 arcbishop. To beat Reinhard, a book is enough. To beat Subaru..... ... You don't beat Subaru. When you do, you never actually did since it never happened. He kinda decides everything... With paralel worlds debunked (it was stupid to being with) and when you think he has the scariest method of travelling in time, with his consciousness so there isn't anything for anyone to sense... He is above and observer and god in re zero.
I think of Suburu's power as a thought experiment. It allows him to live out each choice to feel it's effect so he can decide on one. Why it seems that the "save points" change regardless of his will is because it is his conviction that is the trigger, not his conscious will. Whenever he makes a choice he refuses to back down from, that is a save. So it is Suburu deciding it all in the end. He just isn't wise enough yet to understand how it all connects. How to make use of his power in a way that causes the least harm without feeling the lessons of pain with his own flesh.

Envy attacked to the tower EVERY LOOP regardless of Louise remembering or not since she was also angry. Now remember arc 4... Envy only attacked once because Echidna learned about RbD... She could simply attacked every loop so Subaru won't get into the trial or tea party and Echidna would never learn about it. But guess what happened... She just stopped doing it. In my opinion if Subaru decides to tell someone genuinely... Then no one can stop him. That's why Envy attacked. Normally she was doing it because Subaru subconsciously didn't wanted to tell but now she sees it as a way to help Subaru so she didn't wanted to stop. When Subaru killed herself with Echidna's dagger... He appeared in shadow garden and... showed Envy his place. Yeah he doesn't have a body there but that seems more methaforical since he can see without eyes and hear without ears. So I can imagine Subaru slapping Envy's ass and saying "Now... Who is at fault?" "Harder daddy! I was a bad girl... I won't do it again!" "What....? "What?" Quite possible that Envy is the convinient woman that Echidna dreamt of being to Subaru.
Rem dies to the curse in arc 2 due to Subaru’s absense. Not to mention that she only dies in actual arc 2 due to Subaru basically making himself absent A fundamental part to writing any time loop in fiction is to first create a base state/story for the loop where all people who can remember past loops are inactive throughout said loop. The Rem curse loop is Tappei’s way to show us the arc 2 loop’s base state, so it’s should be considered as such when speculating on Subaru’s absense.

Roswaal specifically states in front of Subaru when they’re alone that he didn’t order the mabeast invasion, but rather that he just sorta let it play out naturally. So probably it’s Capella trying to sow some discord in the Mathers domain, perhaps in retaliation for Roswaal quite clearly setting up Elsa for defeat earlier, as he goes on to hire Subaru, and continues to house Emilia.

Ram- a misconception. Ram never mercy killed Subaru. The torture was longer than anime and Subaru constantly lose his consciousness and brought back by Rem's magic. In the end Ram realized no matter how crazy it looked Subaru isn't lying and he is innocent as a child(Oh... At this point everyone having hard time to believe Subaru is 17... About fate of Emilia and Felt in this world (I only read to 26th volume and all of "what if's" so probably I don't know something). I'm not so sure if they would be killed, mainly because arc 1 stuff was started by Roswaal's actions (his Gospel told him to arrange things that way). Moreover I think that Emilia would be still in Elior Forest because she met Roswaal there only because of his Gospel. So probably Emilia camp would never form. Maybe Felt and Emilia would die because of something else but who knows. Moreover probably Rem would be also safe because arc 2 happened mainly because of Roswaal's actions again. Of course Roswaal's Gospel is big unknown in this world because we don't know what it would tell Roswaal to do. But it is only my speculations, maybe I don't remember some stuff or don't know about but I wanted to point out my doubts. Overall another great video Jakez!

SPOILER Elsa would go to kill Emilia regardless because Roswaal isn't the only one buying her services, Echidna and pretty much all of her plans including the book of wisdom and artificial spirits are well known by the witch cult and they can counter the book with their own gospels so even if Roswaal didn't act the same Emilia and Felt would die, along with everyone else. It's even stated by Tappei.

If subaru wasnt summoned, important things will happen. 1) ram will be killed by elsa in an alley like in the normal story (rams flirt refusal), since subaru isnt here Al wont notice her nor saved her with his power. this happens because the world wants emilia dead and so people which tries to help her tends to get killed too. 2) emilia would die due to elsa (she will be there for other reasons), because the world is against emilia and constantly tries to kill her, as we saw in frozen bonds. possibly emilia will find rams corpse in the alley and then they will find elsa nearby and fight her. 3) rem and roswald would die in the attack of the witch cult, who still dont know emilia is already dead. this will happen because roswald gives up on life after the only person which can accomplish is goal, ram, died. in a similar way of wrath if. rem then will fight to protect the children and die as seen in the anime. 3b) beatrice will live alone in the mansion (it wont be set on fire so she wont be discovered by the witch cult) 4) crusch, whilhelm and ferris will die against the white whale with crusch exsistence erased from the world. (ferris technically still alive but empty) 5) arlam village will be erased 6) garfield and people of sanctuari will be killed by the sizeable Hare, which will pass by sanctuary due to the great amount of power that the barrier release (roswald only make it wuicker to happen) 7) anastasia and his camp will be killed along a good amount of people of priestella, while priscilla camp will probably survive depending on how much enemies she draws to her (and so if Al is able to help or fails) 8) the royal election will be canceled 9) Reinhardt and Felt will survive. Lust will flee like we saw, wrath will be killed along with sloth by reinhardt, glottony will lose against him but manage to flee(short range teleport). regulus and reinhardt will stall for a long time. eventually reinhardt will play dead to allow him to go away. the damage to the city will be immense 10) kiritaka will hire warriors and people to get to the pleiades watchtower to heal the victims of glottony and lust, but they wont be able to pass through the sandstorm. 11) priscilla, Al and vincent will work togheter to reclaim the throne, but somewhere in the middle they will die because Al will reach his limit and priscilla luck wont be enough to prevent her from dying. So basically Subaru is wearing the re zero world's burden on his shoulders and and he could not had been in that place if he was never summoned but there's nothing he could do to prevent it.
All of us want subaru to have a good ending since he sacrificed so much and till now he is sttanding nicely and preventing to be doomed and just accept what fate he had
He still might get that waifu. It all depends on what happens to Subaru by the end of the story. Could get one epilogue where he lives the rest of his life there, and then when he dies, is sent back to Japan.
It's because of his ability to revive after death not because of him being there but he did good overall like someone else with same ability would just escape to another country in the re zero world
If Subaru was never summoned, Roswaal would have never backed Emilia as a candidate which would make her never leave the elior forest. Or you could say she could have been killed in the forest later or sold as a slave later because of her appearance as a witch.
Its amazing to think about how given if Subaru never left his story would sound like your standard rom com. Which is more tragic in itself that Subaru never had a choice to where he was taken. The character growth that he would've gone through was traded with him being required to do so much more and broke him before he could accept it. Also the fact Subaru made life so much better for everyone and they wont know how much he did so.

While Aganau IF isn’t as cononically driven as the other IF’s, it does show a compelling case to the argument that Ferris wouldn’t kill himself. The important thing to realize is that Ferris got captured by Subaru in the Pride IF, meaning he didn’t just lose Crusch’s existance, but also during his worst time of suffering, he was forced into captivity, meaning his last shreds of sanity would’ve probably considered himself better off dead than to allow himself to become a pawn to a madman. Also, I suspect Julius and Reinhard would be the first ones to find him, helping him cope.

If so The Royal Selection _might_ proceed, the Witch Cult would attack Emilia, but Roswaal wouldn't leave the problem in the hands of -Subaru- so he would probably protect the village and Emilia
Crusch would be erased from memory, Emilia would never overcome her past, Felt might not have been discovered and not become a candidate potentially delaying the events of the series by quite a bit.
The White Whale and Great Rabbit would not be killed/removed however Roswaal would have no reason to draw the Great Rabbit to Sanctuary so Garfiel and company would be safe
Priestella would be where everything goes wrong, Without Subaru They would not have a way of defeating Regulus, and many others would likely die from Wrath.
Pleiades Watchtower would be a catastrophe, I don't know who would go or whether they would make it inside or whether Shaula would just kill them if Subaru wasn't there, but even if everything went right they wouldn't be able to solve the first room and would probably die at the Four Corners.
Something tells me Abel would not be able to Take his throne without Subaru.

I absolutely adore Mushoku Tensei though, and people who like Mushoku Tensei, have spoken favourably about Re Zero, which is why I have been reconsidering watching Re Zero!
In the midst of all this, I got reccommended this video, and well the fact it was a question being asked, implied that Re Zero also treats it's Isekai aspect with care, where it actually matters that the protagonist was re incarnated, in contrast to many other Isekais, which could work equally well, if the protagonist had started out in the fantasy world itself, without any prior biases!
So I decided to watch this lore video, and will probably Re Zero during a long weekend, so probably a couple months from now!
That being said and done, I thought that in the WN Subaru probably met up with his parents at some point, or at least gets to visit his world briefly at the end, for the sake of, idk, fanservice to the audience, of the non-echhi variety.

If I remember correctly, in Pride IF Subaru states that Ram looks dead and will do anything Roswaal will tell her. The way I understood it was that Rem died and Ram lost her purpose to live; I'm pretty sure this was Pride IF but im not 100% sure.

Most of these routes began as one chapter entries in the web novel, although some of them have been expanded after that (Rem/Sloth If, and Kansaneru/Greed IF have gotten their own full length Light Novels for example).
These stories aren’t canon in the sense that they don’t follow the main stories events, but they are well written enough that most people truly do view them as alternative canons that tie into the main canon, greatly expanding the lore and context of the main route.
Subaru being in the Re:Zero world is literally a blessing for everyone. If Subaru was never summoned a lot of things could’ve gone wrong. For example Roswaal not saving Ram and Rem, Crush’s existence vanishing because of the white whale and Emilia still being isolated in the forest. The reason why I think that couldve happened with Ram and Emilia is because the main reason why Roswaal saved them was to be with Echidna again, but without Subaru, I think he can’t achieve his goal.

Couple things I question about what the author said regarding felt and Emilia being killed by the bowel hunter:
1. Wouldn't roswall's book be telling him how to achieve his goals, and if there were no Subaru around, wouldn't it change its directions and not necessarily include hiring Elsa to get her insignia and kill the people at the loot house including Emilia? It wasn't even public that Emilia was going to be a candidate yet until she went back to the capitol with Subaru to attend the official start of the the royal selection, so felt wouldn't have known to steal the insignia because Elsa wouldn't have become her "client"
Also. If roswall's book really just kept acting like Subaru was around, wouldn't puck start killing everyone in the capitol, thus effecting everyone and potentially killing most of the people there before reinhard arrived to slay him?
And if Roswall's book of wisdom was shown to be so dramatically incorrect about someone rescuing Emilia and getting her insignia, would he not then question its ability to help him achieve his goal of reviving echidna?

I think of Suburu's power as a thought experiment. It allows him to live out each choice to feel it's effect so he can decide on one. Why it seems that the "save points" change regardless of his will is because it is his conviction that is the trigger, not his conscious will. Whenever he makes a choice he refuses to back down from, that is a save. So it is Suburu deciding it all in the end. He just isn't wise enough yet to understand how it all connects. How to make use of his power in a way that causes the least harm without feeling the lessons of pain with his own flesh.

And I think Subaru is quite in control but it's in shadow garden so we don't see it. If you remember arc 6... Envy attacked to the tower EVERY LOOP regardless of Louise remembering or not since she was also angry.
Now remember arc 4... Envy only attacked once because Echidna learned about RbD... She could simply attacked every loop so Subaru won't get into the trial or tea party and Echidna would never learn about it.
But guess what happened... She just stopped doing it. In my opinion if Subaru decides to tell someone genuinely... Then no one can stop him. That's why Envy attacked. Normally she was doing it because Subaru subconsciously didn't wanted to tell but now she sees it as a way to help Subaru so she didn't wanted to stop.
When Subaru killed herself with Echidna's dagger... He appeared in shadow garden and... showed Envy his place.
Yeah he doesn't have a body there but that seems more methaforical since he can see without eyes and hear without ears. So I can imagine Subaru slapping Envy's ass and saying

A fundamental part to writing any time loop in fiction is to first create a base state/story for the loop where all people who can remember past loops are inactive throughout said loop.
The Rem curse loop is Tappei’s way to show us the arc 2 loop’s base state, so it’s should be considered as such when speculating on Subaru’s absense.

Roswaal specifically states in front of Subaru when they’re alone that he didn’t order the mabeast invasion, but rather that he just sorta let it play out naturally.
So probably it’s Capella trying to sow some discord in the Mathers domain, perhaps in retaliation for Roswaal quite clearly setting up Elsa for defeat earlier, as he goes on to hire Subaru, and continues to house Emilia.

Emilia never trusted Subaru. While she felt gratudite, she also wanted Puck to check on him and told him to keep it as a secret but Puck didn't listen so Subaru also knows that.
Oh... Did you know if Subaru somewhat stopped Elsa from reaching loot house Emilia would not believe him and attack him? Even with Puck being present and knowing he can tell if he is lying or not? This happens in Otto if and later when she meets Subaru again when he was successful with Otto she still doesn't believe him when he says he was never a thief.
Roswaal- not much to say. But there is this one fact that even with book telling him all the stuff until arc 3 he didn't even believed Subaru was the one mentioned in the book... That's probably because he was looking down on him.
Beatrice- while Subaru was injured in Arc 1... She, Rem and Ram said they shouldn't fucking heal him and let him die. (Side story) because he is sus and remember... No one knows he has the witch scent yet so they just didn't like him and hated him at first sight.
She also wanted to make Subaru go insane by playing with space and destroying his perception... As a joke. If you think about first times then Echidna is far better than Beatrice.
Ram- a misconception. Ram never mercy killed Subaru. The torture was longer than anime and Subaru constantly lose his consciousness and brought back by Rem's magic. In the end Ram realized no matter how crazy it looked Subaru isn't lying and he is innocent as a child(Oh... At this point everyone having hard time to believe Subaru is 17... They think him as 10 or 12 or something... They are torturing a child.) So she kills Subaru before Rem can have a mental breakdown... She was shocked when Subaru spouting incomprehensible stuff but if Ram didn't kill Subaru when he was saying he genuinely loved them... Rem's mind would be damaged.
Rem- As like others I won't tell the obvious stuff. But... Rem, without any reason like witch scent etc. Hated Subaru and thought she could never get along with him and even was going to choke him while he was sleeping and snapped out when Subaru was having a nightmare.
I can keep fucking going on and while I like these characters I also have eyes to see how fucked up and twisted they are at the core and definitely this world doesn't deserve Subaru.

About fate of Emilia and Felt in this world (I only read to 26th volume and all of "what if's" so probably I don't know something). I'm not so sure if they would be killed, mainly because arc 1 stuff was started by Roswaal's actions (his Gospel told him to arrange things that way). Moreover I think that Emilia would be still in Elior Forest because she met Roswaal there only because of his Gospel. So probably Emilia camp would never form. Maybe Felt and Emilia would die because of something else but who knows. Moreover probably Rem would be also safe because arc 2 happened mainly because of Roswaal's actions again. Of course Roswaal's Gospel is big unknown in this world because we don't know what it would tell Roswaal to do. But it is only my speculations, maybe I don't remember some stuff or don't know about but I wanted to point out my doubts. Overall another great video Jakez!

Elsa would go to kill Emilia regardless because Roswaal isn't the only one buying her services, Echidna and pretty much all of her plans including the book of wisdom and artificial spirits are well known by the witch cult and they can counter the book with their own gospels so even if Roswaal didn't act the same Emilia and Felt would die, along with everyone else. It's even stated by Tappei.

If subaru wasnt summoned, important things will happen.
1) ram will be killed by elsa in an alley like in the normal story (rams flirt refusal), since subaru isnt here Al wont notice her nor saved her with his power. this happens because the world wants emilia dead and so people which tries to help her tends to get killed too.
2) emilia would die due to elsa (she will be there for other reasons), because the world is against emilia and constantly tries to kill her, as we saw in frozen bonds. possibly emilia will find rams corpse in the alley and then they will find elsa nearby and fight her.
3) rem and roswald would die in the attack of the witch cult, who still dont know emilia is already dead. this will happen because roswald gives up on life after the only person which can accomplish is goal, ram, died. in a similar way of wrath if. rem then will fight to protect the children and die as seen in the anime.
3b) beatrice will live alone in the mansion (it wont be set on fire so she wont be discovered by the witch cult)
4) crusch, whilhelm and ferris will die against the white whale with crusch exsistence erased from the world. (ferris technically still alive but empty)
5) arlam village will be erased
6) garfield and people of sanctuari will be killed by the sizeable Hare, which will pass by sanctuary due to the great amount of power that the barrier release (roswald only make it wuicker to happen)
7) anastasia and his camp will be killed along a good amount of people of priestella, while priscilla camp will probably survive depending on how much enemies she draws to her (and so if Al is able to help or fails)
8) the royal election will be canceled
9) Reinhardt and Felt will survive. Lust will flee like we saw, wrath will be killed along with sloth by reinhardt, glottony will lose against him but manage to flee(short range teleport). regulus and reinhardt will stall for a long time. eventually reinhardt will play dead to allow him to go away. the damage to the city will be immense
10) kiritaka will hire warriors and people to get to the pleiades watchtower to heal the victims of glottony and lust, but they wont be able to pass through the sandstorm.
11) priscilla, Al and vincent will work togheter to reclaim the throne, but somewhere in the middle they will die because Al will reach his limit and priscilla luck wont be enough to prevent her from dying.

If Subaru was never summoned, Roswaal would have never backed Emilia as a candidate which would make her never leave the elior forest. Or you could say she could have been killed in the forest later or sold as a slave later because of her appearance as a witch.

While Aganau IF isn’t as cononically driven as the other IF’s, it does show a compelling case to the argument that Ferris wouldn’t kill himself.
The important thing to realize is that Ferris got captured by Subaru in the Pride IF, meaning he didn’t just lose Crusch’s existance, but also during his worst time of suffering, he was forced into captivity, meaning his last shreds of sanity would’ve probably considered himself better off dead than to allow himself to become a pawn to a madman.
Also, I suspect Julius and Reinhard would be the first ones to find him, helping him cope.
