yessss what HBA was doing with their runways shows feels so tied to a lot of their relationships to nightlife and being DJs. I think for me back then it felt so easy to feel a part of HBA on a cultural level or understand the brand without even owning the pieces because of what they were a part of IRL in underground nightlife. Its always so interesting seeing the trickledown overtime of hf brands to mall stores. from balenciaga to Anthropologie. I love the sporty femininity and switching of textiles. Neoprene rubber silk sequins etc. It all still shows today. So much of balenciaga ss03 was around everywhere in 2016-2019
