Skatole isn't due to grass. It's inherent in sheep and goats. That's what makes them taste... strong. Grain can get rid of a lot of gamey taste, but not that.

Remember folks. If you dont like lamb due to the gamey taste. Buy some grain fed lamb. The "gameyness" comes from the grass the animal eats.
