    as a dancer who dances 3 hours/5 days a week, this workout is SO GOOD!! I do in the morning to get strength. It's so perfect for ballet dancers and I can't believe how generous you are to have this video out for free for us. Amazing 🤩

    Fun but challenging! Ballerinas are underestimated athletes. I thought Pamela Reif's fitness videos are tough enough but yours are much more hardcore. Thank you Maria and Sonya!

      Um... but Khoreva is an elite world class ballerina and Reif is an amateur.

      @@buxtehude123 Khoreva showcases the routine that got her where she wanted to be as a ballerina. Reif's workouts sculpted her to be a strong fitness role model. Their workouts vary based on their purpose, no one is any lesser than the other :))

    But woooow. I ran a quick 4 miles this morning before work, and I was convinced I was fit. Fifteen minutes of this and I’m stuck in corpse pose cool down. Ladies plant a daisy on me, I’m dead

    I only do ballet for fun and I'm certainly not the most flexible, but when I did my développé before I did this workout it was less than 90 degrees and I couldn't get it up further, after I tried this for 2 nights my strength improved so much and it's much higher. I haven't been as consistent at the moment but im planning on going to strat again!

    🧘‍♀️Thank you for the lovely sequence; I am a Yoga Therapist who, did not dance ballet although my daughter danced as a child, noticing at about 19 min. the lifting leg planks / hovers (Eka-pada-chaturanga-dandasanas), feeling good about kinetic and subtle body cues, valuing, “feet/ankles through top of the head aligning as well as feet (pada) through neck (jalandhara) holds (bandhas) energizing, requesting a position with the stabilizing leg, rather than momentarily by the lifting leg, which strengthens the core (yah)…!

    V-ups ⚠️ warning: as it is a very good exercise while you are young, please refrain from it. Three spine surgeries later I regret doing v-ups, although at the time of my teen, twenties and thirties I was very proud of myself exercising with v-ups
