I only do ballet for fun and I'm certainly not the most flexible, but when I did my développé before I did this workout it was less than 90 degrees and I couldn't get it up further, after I tried this for 2 nights my strength improved so much and it's much higher. I haven't been as consistent at the moment but im planning on going to strat again!
Couldnt do all the moves entirely but i did my best. Def a lot stronger than i used to be so thats progress. Love this workout!! Going in my workout playlist

🧘♀️Thank you for the lovely sequence; I am a Yoga Therapist who, did not dance ballet although my daughter danced as a child, noticing at about 19 min. the lifting leg planks / hovers (Eka-pada-chaturanga-dandasanas), feeling good about kinetic and subtle body cues, valuing, “feet/ankles through top of the head aligning as well as feet (pada) through neck (jalandhara) holds (bandhas) energizing, requesting a position with the stabilizing leg, rather than momentarily by the lifting leg, which strengthens the core (yah)…!
V-ups ⚠️ warning: as it is a very good exercise while you are young, please refrain from it. Three spine surgeries later I regret doing v-ups, although at the time of my teen, twenties and thirties I was very proud of myself exercising with v-ups
