The Cossacks made it look so easy...
This one was super fun and challenging. Let me know if you'd like to see more videos like this where I challenge myself with friends and colleagues!
Also let me know what kind of challenge you'd love to see!
Big up to my buddy Ludwig for joining in on the fun. His work: instagram.com/ludwig_hefele/

You ask on your social sometimes for hints and or directions:
    Always keep videos like that.
For some reason, IG tells me when it shows me Posts of Ren, that you like him aswell: With videos like that, you share the same spirit: your own way of a rising tide lifts all ships. You not only manage to show off (most sportfluencers can), you also manage to give actually healthy and good advice (only some sportfluencers can)- but you also show yourself on your own journy, trying new stuff, struggling, stumbling. It shows best, that even with your level of skills, that you are humble and don't stop learning- and have the courage to show yourself vulnerable, failing, attempting- while having fun doing so.
    Damn your chanel is good.

Interesting & entertaining 👌 you both did very well in the interpretations of the moves. In terms of challenges, approachable and scalable challenges would be good, for people of different abilities, but aside from that can't think of anything specific. I made a version of the hanging take t-shirt off challenge where i also changed shirts and then did maximum pull-ups before coming down, but no one else has tried it
