I pictured myself strolling through an environment like this and spotting that boy. Just watching him, mesmerized, thinking: "Did I die? That's a clue, this doesn't seem normal to me, but It's gorgeous."
That was good of you to show how to warm up. It also showed just how limber you are. I exercise regularly but at 61 I must be careful because I am very stiff. As you age your tendons get stiffer. I have to hold my stretches for a longer period in order for the stretch to take. When I was young stretching came easy. You do a very good job. When ever I get the chance to go on line I look up what you have next. I do enjoy watching you.
I'm happy to see a video about warmups!! A few weeks ago I hurt my leg because I didn’t do any warmups. Nice to see you encourage them :) Edit: forgot to warmup again today and now I've hurt both my legs :(
Thanks for sharing thw warm up comrade , atleast my friend knows what to do before dancing, because she did not warm up and brok3 her foot while dancing .But again thanks comrade
you make the kazotsky kick look so easy- I damaged my right leg 2 times and I had to wait months for it to recover, the reason I got hurt is bc of the jumping part of the kick, I try jumping and switching my leg but it pops my leg by jumping
When you do that "half-split" thing on 3:30 you should rotate the foot of the back leg towards your butt, so it's align to your leg. Because otherwise this stretch puts too much pressure on your knee joint. By the way great videos, I hope you do more!

Pistol Squat tutorial.
When learning the Hopak dance, do you have to do it in shoes? Can't you do it barefoot?
