Thanks, i am 9 years old and i can already do the russian dance by only this video, i appreciate it. It only took 3 days for this tutorial, I trained 6 hours per day.
@@kolinskiparadox easy for me. can do slavic accent, speak russian, and ukrainian. and also myself am ukrainian haha. how are us slavs now learning for mexicans our dance...
Thank you so much. You really helped me. It took me about a month to learn, and I keep practicing every day, even in my school. I, and ever since I've watched you. I keep doing better and better each day. Thank you so much for helping me do the squat dance. I know a real name of it it, but thank you so much. 😀
I am now learning this, i am starting that i can do the dance for like 20 seconds, but my legs tend to stay basically strapped to my body, i will now exercise on balance and switching/stretching mylegs, so that i can do it better
I have wanted to do this for the past year, but I kinda forgot about it until now. when I wanted to do it I was 200lbs at 11.I am now 170-178 and my legs are a lot stronger. Will edit when I can do it.
Ive been practicing with a backpack full of books so i can do it perfectly when the weight is lifted I started at kicks standing and have been slowly lowering myself
I recommend practicing once or twice a day and 3-4 times a week. It's important to practice, but it's also important to not overstress your legs. As for stretching, I am making a video soon about the stretches I do.
Im fairly big, so i think it would be funny to learn this, didnt realise how hard it is and how much dedication it take for stuff like this for someone who isnt the most flexible
I can already do this dance but after doing it for a bit my right calf specifically start to have a cramp type felling does anyone know what it is/how to fix it?
when I'm going out whit my leg I constantly fall to the side, crack something in the other leg, and then it hurts for 20 minutes even tho I have my arms out for balance, do anyone have any tips for preventing it?
Can you do it if you make yourself weigh 140kg? Pretty sure I'm the only one in the world this heavy who's trying to do it... My lower back of the legs seems to burst and hurt for hours after a attempt not sure if I'm just injuring myself or if it's gonna get better Been doing it 4 weeks
You have to be in great shape to do that, first a lot warm ups, stretching first, needs to get the body accostumed. otherwise injury. It's just like start running without preparation and warm up, and knee will be injured. I am overweight, and even if I do stretching, warms up, my body wont be able to lift all the weight from the legs. hence knee and hips injury.
One time I was at a Halloween party, and I dressed up as a Slavic trench solder, and at one point somebody started playing Rasputin, and i just started doing this dance almost professionally, even though I never did it before then.
I remember I had watched a video of how to do it, and I could just never get it, not even close. One day, probably a year later, I just randomly did it, I had not even recently watched a video or seen it at the moment.
genuine question: what if my heels cant, like physically just cant, reach my "rear"...? every time i see the dance the instructor always can... when i try it my knee makes a popping sound and its like it's just not physically possible, not that im not flexible enough, cause it doesnt hurt, it just doesnt go back...
I've never seen that happen before, so I can't say for certain what to do. If you aren't in pain, I suggest practicing squatting and trying to reach that position. Maybe it's something that can be reached over time
не знаю как у других, но я как-то в школе попробал на перемене так сделать и получилось со второго раза и все норм может это на генном уровне передается?
Back in high school marching band I remember our instructor telling us to imagine a meat hook pulling up on the bottom of our ribcages to get us to stand up straight
No joke you could do this in gym and people would think it's a legit exercise

haha, star wars reference
You also need to get comfortable squatting like that, otherwise your knees will feel really awkward and it's hard to keep balance.
The most important part, I feel like I’ll need a whole new leg regime to be capable of this
Yes. This is not a position you can just do easily,at least not past 30😅
