Great video, you both make even basic prep movement look amazing. Can you do an au de frente video please? You guys probably call it front cart. The vid here is essentially landing the au de frente on both legs from the meia lua compasso but landing with one leg is a totally different ball game altogether. Once you have au de frente down, Reversao and au de helicoptero become easier.
@@NilTeisner no! But i am working on it :) i was just leaving a comment like you asked for. Your tutorials are wonderful. Probably going to pickup your program in a couple months. Keep teaching and being creative!
thank you for this amazing video, i am interested in the online courses. i wonder: 1. is macaco in the beginner course? 2. if when following along, i have questions, how can i ask?
Thanks for the interest! :) Macaco is being shown in the Finding Flow Basics but NOT in detail as in the Acrobatics Lab. There you will have a full intro, breakdown and plenty of applications. Questions: simply leave a comment beneath one of the videos and I will help to clarify! Don't forget to use the code RUclips10 for a 10% discount! :)
Hey! very hard to say without knowing or seeing you. probably a mild limitation in hip mobility in this pattern, but no worries, no leg needs to be super stretched. You can still do the move! :)

Interestingly, when I was training the circular form of this last week I think in Capoeira it's called Meia lua dupla!
Yes, could very well be. Many disciplines would use various names for similar patterns!
In the end it's about enjoying the moves.. greetings!
Thank you very much, i ve tried the backward jaguar but i cant stretch the leg which is in the air.. is it because of my hip?
