If they meet certain requirements such as demonstrated work ethic, demonstrated respect, moral integrity and character, and if they show proper dedication with a determination toward supporting each other in love, then the fund will be opened to them for higher education of their choice. If not the fund will be given to someone deserving outside the family. This way the no one can gripe, and the fund is established out of the determined changes of individual character. Selfish entitled parents must change or their children won’t ever meet the requirements. Easy way to see if the whole family will really get serious about setting aside favoritism.
