None of their cases are being covered and they're under the impression that us somehow being on the service list will affect this. The case you mention specifically has a very low likelihood of coverage.

He has been emboldened with his absurd beliefs since the courts have really gone easy on him on almost every offense. They really need to nail him to the wall and tell him his beliefs are irrelevant when it come to the rest of the world and the law. He needs to be convicted and receive the maximum sentence for creating fake ID.

In this case, he presented a law enforcement officer a fake ID he had made that he claims gives him the right to drive without having a proper state-issued license. In the bigger picture, Blandino is an extremist in almost every way. He's either so liberal or so conservative, it's hard to know which. He kidnapped his children from their mother, claiming them as his "property". He feels it is his responsibility to point out everyone's flaws and report crimes as he views them. He tried to extort a judge who ruled against him for a simple traffic violation, including threatening to broadcast the judge's alleged misdeeds to the judge's colleagues unless the judge agreed to pay money to a certain cause. Every time a judge rules against him, he reports them to the disciplinary board, claiming they violated his rights and didn't do their jobs properly. He can't possibly admit to any fault or wrongdoing. He believes he never makes mistakes. He is almost as annoying as Darrell Brooks, Jr.

This case, he was caught driving without insurance or a license and then presented a passport he made himself as identification. He never thinks what he does is wrong and cannot fathom what is illegal about his actions. He also hides behind his faith which is personal interpretation and uses it as a defense to actions by claiming god makes him do these things. Even worse, he constantly files ridiculous motions and absurd arguments, insisting that he represent himself. This is why the he lost the right to represent himself, because he is a vexatious litigant. Basically, he is joke who doesn't understand what the law is and tends to interpret into something it isn't.
Judge: "Mr Gersten, would you like to oppose this motion?" Mr Gersten: "No. Not at all. I have never seen a better written motion. Really, your Honor, you could grant this motion right now. Immediately. I don't think we need a hearing. You should just rule in favor of this motion without any further consideration. I don't think the Prosecution even needs to comment. We could just dispose of this matter right now. Immediately. Without delay. That would be good."

geeze, is the right to self represent so fundamental that the court can't say "no" ? But then it becomes a problem for the attorney with an uncooperative client ... not being able to present the best defense. I agree with others that this is (whilst it is mighty amusing) a waste of state taxes. He should be assessed costs, though he probably can't pay.
