Blandino belongs in jail for a year or more. He tries to discredit everyone when the problem is clearly kim.
Well, he doesn't belong in jail for that specifically. He does belong in prison for the continuous harassment he was found guilty of, and for refusing the probation agreement, and the driving an unregistered vehicle without a license, and the sovereign citizen behavior in general.
I wish they could put him under the jail. He is such a pain in the tush
I love the hypocrisy of claiming his current lawyer is childish, while admitting that he faked s life threatening stabbing to see if his voicemails were being heard.
I've written a few times that I feel blandino is far more dangerous than people take him for. I feel his petty vindictiveness is alarming. He strikes me as the smarmy kind of person who would slash tires, throw nails in a driveway, sabotage safety equipment, commit arson.
@@shotforshot5983 absolutely agreed. Maybe not so much in his older age now, but he's absolutely a danger to others, and people either don't know or downplay it because he's such a doofus. Considering the kidnapping of his own kids and the scuttling of his ex wife's attempt to sell her own home, he's absolutely a genuine problem.
@@drewclark8799 Frustration with modern society coupled with religious zealotry is a bad combination. He could convince himself actions in retribution are God's will. That he is the chosen instrument, the one true soul called upon... I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable being his neighbor or having to interact with his lawsuit happy self!

He's not jailed for contempt. My speculation is he stays out of pokey because the sheriff has threatened to shoot the judge if he requires him to put up with Blandino in his jail.

Just because your attorney is not on 24x7 speed-dial, Kim thinks it is not good enough.
Just because your attorney doesn't do what you want them to do because what you want is either unethical or downright stupid, Kim thinks that is not good enough.
A defense attorney has an ethical obligation to defend a client to the best of his/her abilities, which sometimes means doing the exact opposite of what that client may want. Suppose Mr. Combover here asked attorney Gersten to "lose" a piece of evidence that should be made known to the prosecution. It's attorney Gersten's obligation to ignore Mr. Combover's request. Another example could be that Mr. Combover wants to base his arguments on what went wrong at his trial for extortion instead of focusing on the current charges of having a fake ID and driving without a valid license. Any competent defense attorney would know that such a strategy would not be helpful to Mr. Combover, so the attorney would be doing his client a disservice by attempting to use that strategy.

@@kimblandino8461 That is why I asked it in the form of a question. But I'm curious now... if that was the subject of what the lawyer wanted sealed (in the previous hearing when he had a motion to withdraw as counsel) why was it brought up in open court?? Didn't the judge agree to it being sealed??
@@amyc9155 Amy, no to her credit it was Judge Leavitt in the other case that wanted any lawyer client info left confidential as it should be. Joe Gersten either consciously or subconsciously wanted to hurt me in that moment because Joe felt threatened.
Please tell me now if you can see the danger of even asking certain questions as it can in the minds of many people be twisted and used by the wicked or the weak in harmful ways. Joe was absolutely wrong for saying any of this in open court.
This is even all the more reason the right to represent one's self is so important.

At 18:33 the judge discusses how a court reporter passed away and they’re looking for his audio tapes from pre-trial. Oh no, Blandino will dig the poor man up to serve him motions. It’s not no peace for the wicked; it’s no peace for anyone involved in Mr. Blandino’s case. Lol
