Kim Blandino is a complete waste of taxpayer money. It is absolutely despicable how he uses and manipulates that poor women he "takes care of". Everytime he hides behind her, my response would be "did you know she needed you before you committed your crime?"

I love that these judges are shutting him down now!!! Blandino says if he was representing himself, he wouldn't waive right to prelim w/i 15 days but it's being forced on him, blah blah, waaa waaa....so States like, "Fine, lets schedule in 14 days." And suddenly Blandino's like, "....wait, not like that!" and agrees to ordinary. He is just an obstructionist, nothing more.

Thanks for sticking with this Alex & Co. I wonder how many other citizens have had their justice delayed, while Kim has been allowed to waste time and money. Federico acknowledged that years ago, when he gestured to the dozens of other people in traffic court that day. When he didn't let Blandino turn a couple of tickets into the Scopes Trial. And here we are again. Right back to no valid licence and registration.

This is the problem. It's true that he won't fail to show up, but at a certain point, are they not just court ordering his dream life? He gets to roam free, periodically show up in court to argue something before a judge, then go back about his life. This is all meaningless without him being restricted to jail for a fixed term and an order barring him from personally appearing before the court until he's served his full incarceral sentence.

    • @user-ef7gf8iv6t
      @user-ef7gf8iv6t 9 месяцев назад +1

He told the judge, during sentencing, that he wasn't gonna follow probation...yet she gave him probation anyway. This judge saying 'this is basically traffic matters'...no, no, no, this is a probation violation....meaning he doesn't feel laws, any laws, apply to him.

My impression of Chille is he's building a YT following as he makes $ based on how many views he gets for each video he uploads to his YT channel so he's more of an entertainer sort of speak whilst Blandino believes what he's doing is 'advocating' for rights Americans don't have such as operating an unregistered and insured vehicle on our public roads w/o a driver's license. These are laws we as a vast majority agree to be our rules of the road and from my experience it was victims of accidents that spent their time and resources to get the support of We the people and our reps. The Constitution was written during the horse and buggy days. Times change and our laws have to reflect the changes that our society needs and benefits from. Our wild west days proved we needed an established law enforcement system that was fair and just for ALL Americans where no one is given free reign to infringe on anyone else's rights which Mr Blandino fails to understand. The world doesn't evolve around the 'individual' as each of us are responsible and benefit from law and order even when we aren't aware of what's going on outside of our own comings and goings.

These charges are certainly not serious enough to keep him in jail… However, the fact that Blandino STILL has not signed his probationary papers should mean a ticket straight to prison. A person CONVICTED should not get to say, “because I have some questions, I don’t have to sign.” This is just another delaying/obstructing tactic by Blandino and the Judges should shut him down… hard. Make him serve his prison sentence since probation is too confusing to him…

Exactly right. This was incredible - Blandino's long criminal history is laid out, Blandino plays the "I did not understand" card several times, refused to sign his probation papers, and was caught with fake ID and the judge still gives him an OR. It has never occurred to anybody that Blandino is playing the "caretaker" card and then the court can see Blandino's history of constant court activity over the past few years and it never occurs to the court that how can Blandino be such a careful and attentive caretaker but spends huge amounts of time preparing court documents and time at the courthouse? Seriously, I don't care what your philosophical views are, your political views, your views on law enforcement - how can any objective person look at this and not see that this is a joke?

    • @glynncordry5965

How long was he out on parole before they violated him for not signing the paperwork. I would think he wouldn't get out at all without signing the paperwork?

The judge contradicted himself by saying could represent himself on an exemplary basis but then declines to permit him to do so. He should haven been honest that Kim doesn't understand the law.

That’s a subjective issue. What’s not subjective is the mountain of malicious motions and filings that Blandino spews out whenever he is permitted to represent himself. Judge relied on that record to make a decision backed by a paper trail rather than just an opinion.

Blandino has brought this upon himself, get legal to drive and non of this would happen, this is how it all started in the very beginning, are we starting a new chapter. I am concerned about this elderly woman now in care/ hospital, he should be there with her and the only person stopping that is himself.

Kimmy cares _nothing_ about or for _anyone_ but himself.
And he is also a proven dumb-ass.
She doesn't need him. At all.

    Loved:
How this judge got "Bandino"'s name wrong and kept doing so now and again...
How this judge was (not really so) subtlety examining his fingernails as Kimmy rambled...
How Kimmy is set-up to fuck-up some more-more-more!
How do I like it? How do I like it? More... more...more...

He shouldn't have been and I can't believe this judge didn't address the fact that he refused to sign his probation papers. Hopefully that has been done. This guy is a complete waste of taxpayer money and needs to face the consequences for all his frivolous court actions.

HOW? The other Judge refused his application for bail the other day...

He’s not released until all judges order it. So he’s still in custody for now.
