Once again a judge determines guilt, imposes sentence, and suspends the most important part of the sentence. Judges who fail to hold these lawbreakers accountable are letting down every single, law abiding citizen in this country. As a civil society, we will never be able to require driver's license, registration, and insurance if we continue to let certain individuals slide on the rules. Jail time is the one and only answer to this sov cit problem. The judge's decision is a total disappointment and a slap in the face of every American citizen who follows the laws. Shame!
Calm down. The state, and everyone else, has a greater interest in Kim getting himself legal vs serving a few weeks in jail. Fear not, however, because Kim likely will not comply and will end up in jail anyway. The state knows all this, which is why they requested suspended jail time. Let Kim put himself in jail.
You are exactly right - suspending the sentence makes this a meaningless sentence. Based on what I have seen, 99% of judges don't have a clue about sovereign citizens.
The judge knows that it will be appealed. Blandino appeals everything, even in cases where the judge granted his motions.
@@adamabele785 So he appeals! Who cares? The possible appeal and frequency of Blandino's appeals are irrevelant to my original point. The judge suspended the jail time. Blandino and all these sov cits/moors/freemen need to serve time as payment to all the citizens who pay for their licenses, registrations, and insurance. Blandino can appeal all he wants. In the meantime, he gives up his freedom!!!

Again he's using the Constitution to defend his rights but he has also rescinded his US Citizenship. I'm confused. How does the Constitution protect anyone who is not a US citizen?

Well Heller, its a right granted by God and not man, i.e absolutely supported in our Supreme Law the Constitution.

Absolutely. We are called only to resist the man's law when it is contrary to God's law -- and our Biblical examples accepted even unjust punishments for doing so. I cannot understand on what Biblical basis one could claim they were compelled to act as Kim has here.

I doubt Blandino has enough faith to just sit in the truck and let God start it and drive it if He thinks Kim needs to go somewhere.

His excuse for traveling is to avoid being proven to be a resident of Nevada. I am hoping he is remanded.
I'm hoping he's put in prison for his 11-year sentence with no parole. Levitt was a moron for letting Blandino go so he could re-offend again.
The word traveling has been forever ruined by Kim and company.
@@isaned I would prefer an outright dismissal to any term of sentence in which he is permitted to file _any_ legal paperwork or assist other inmates with theirs. The thing most people want is to stay out of jail, which is why jail is an appropriate punishment for them. The thing Blandino wants most is to continue to participate in the court system _in any capacity._ He'd rather not have to do it from jail, but I don't believe he's being punished if he's allowed to continue to appear in court or write/file court documents _for any reason._
Any sentence he receives, I hope it is crafted in such a way that prevents him from filing endless appeals, petitioning for clemency or parole, initiating civil suits, appearing in court, etc., etc., without the _specific_ leave of a _specific_ judge familiar with the history.

How he passed the mental evaluation is beyond me.
He's not mentally incompetent. He's not intellectually incompetent. He's just chosen to be a fool. As long as he accepts the consequences.
Competency to stand trial is a low bar -- especially for someone like him, who thrives off the legal system. All you really need to be competent is to understand why a person goes to court, what the role of the keys players are, etc.

Oh FFS, the judge has essentially given him the green light to keep up this BS. We all know he won't comply, and yet, highly unlikely to get jail time until he's been given another dozen chances!!!
I might normally agree, but not with this prosecutor and judge. The judge wasn't kidding when he said that Kim will serve every day of the two consecutive jail sentences if he doesn't comply. This judge has got Kim's number, and this prosecutor will not let it go after all he's invested in his various cases against Kim.
Top job - even Kim Blandino can't turn a $500 fine into 6 months in jail.

Yeah, that's one heck of a 'punishment,' right? If that were true, the punishments in theft statutes would be to just return the stolen property and we'll forget all about it. I guess Gerstein had to try something, but no one was buying that argument.

I am now actually seeing a very different dark side to who we thought was a fool! He is manipulative and obviously used the poor old lady for his own means.
Yup. Tricked her into selling her house to what appears to be a reverse mortgage company in order to have her generate an income that he could sponge off of. His suppressed rage when called out on it in court tells you everything you need to know. He defrauded that woman the same as if he'd asked her to buy $50,000 in Itunes Cards to pay the IRS.
Blandino appears to suffer from Munchhausen's but instead of doctors it's judges and courtrooms

Jesus gave Blandino his driver's license from the Kingdom of Israel. Gah!!!! He blames God or Jesus for everything. He clearly doesn't believe in agency or free will.
If he appeals I would issue a statement that he should be charged with providing false documents which I think is interfering with a police investigation and producing fraudulent documents.
What good would it do? They keep letting him go easy. He was convicted and sentenced to 11 years, but they let him out with a suspension, and even after this blatant and easily convicted crime, he is still allowed to do this crap and stay free.
@@isaned very true but the sentencing is on this occasion is for nothing more than a traffic violation, if fraud is added on it then increases to criminal which is where I was aiming at. But he does seem to be slippery.
Blandino loves spending other peoples money, and living in other peoples homes....driving whilst unlicensed is the least of his crimes it would appear..
It’s never over with this guy. He has devoted his life to be a throne in the side of the legal system in Las Vegas. Sadly, he has never won. Some folks never learn.

This judge is amazing and controlled Blandino's shenanigans throughout. But didn't anyone catch Judge Sciscento's math issue? He gave Blandino the option of 17 hours of community service on Count 2 and Count 3 consecutive. He said those hours combined are 33 hours. The last I checked, that should be 34 hours combined. It looks like the judge gave Blandino a 1-hour discount. :)
And once again, Blandino just gets a slap on the wrist. They treat this guy with kid gloves.

I’ve noticed that Jesus never speaks to Kim to tell him to be truthful, stop wasting the time of people and the courts with your compulsive shenanigans, use your time on this earth to be of aid and comfort to your fellow man. This has become Kim’s favorite pastime whether by compulsion or choice. Skirting the law in the name of Jesus is just sad.

Kim Blandino is actually a really evil person. What he did to his wife and kids years ago proves this. Now, after hearing this trial, sounds like he pulled some kind of con on the old lady's house too. Combine this with what he's attempted to do to judges and others in our legal system proves he is truly vile.

@@jeng494 he was convicted of kidnapping his children who he didn’t have custody have and taking them to another state. He also filed false documents to stop his wife from selling her home when she was moving so she would be out the money of the money but couldn’t actually sell her house. That’s what I remeber it’s been a while since I heard the case

wrong. He didn't want to go through the legal process of paying proper registration or getting a proper and legal driver's license. More than likely due to fraud he is possibly doing elsewhere, that would be my guess just based on what I've seen him say on these videos.

Defense was arguing the minimum mandatory punishment is the only punishment which is incorrect.
Blandino is allowed to waste huge amounts of the court's time to make points that don't matter to anyone other than him. He has no license, he made one himself and says god gave it to him. He is nuts and needs to go away.

His attorney keeps pounding home his "beliefs" or religion when stating he's within the law because he believes he is. If this is true. "If you keep it 3 years you don't have to mess with it again." He only obeys the laws he likes.

I respectfully disagree. While I understand the frustration Blandino causes everybody, the primary purpose of regulatory traffic statutes such as these (as opposed to punitive traffic statutes such as DUI statutes) is to bring people into compliance. The judge's order was well crafted to achieve that purpose.
