    Hello, I don't think the real Cutty Sark had a second belaying pin rail that high up on the rigging. The rail on deck was the only one She had. Otherwise, a very nice build!

      I am following the plans, they show clearly the second belaying pin over there. You can check it out also in the Billing Boats page in the photo section. Don't forget that the Cutty Sark was burned and rebuild.
