Thanks man, this game shows how physical it used to be back then, so many intangibles that Pippen brought in night in and night out that can't be on the stat sheets, like how many times he took the charge in this game. Starks obviously fouled kukoc, preventing him from receiving that last in bound pass from Pippen, but well this was the 90s
yea kids nowadays who obviously know nothing about bball would still say that the game today is more physical when tons of evidences like this video is available on youtube. a lot of the defensive sequences in this video would be instant foul calls nowadays. and how much 'zone defense' was allowed back then even when there were 'rules' to prohibit that.. the total scores were indeed a lot lower during the 90s but that was because of how much physicality was allowed at the time. and those prolific scorers like jordan, olawjuan, malone and such would no doubt have a much easier time scoring the same amount of point in today's game.
It's like watching 2 different SPORTS! Today's NBA is total trash imo, w/ every player dappin eachother b4, after + even DURING the fkn gm sometimes. These 90s gms were WAR, and made the fans realize how bad the players wanted to win!! Now? Forget about it
During the 1993/1994 season the bulls had the chance to get Jeff hornacek from the sixers before the trade deadline All the sixers wanted was the bulls first round pick in 1994. Jerry Krause refused the deal because he didn't want to give up the first round pick in 1994 which ended up being dickey simpkins a bust. Hornacek I believe really would have helped the bulls alot because they blew big leads in games 1 and 3 against the Knicks. Phil Jackson really wanted hornacek really bad and the bulls could have acquired hornacek before the jazz did. KRAUSE MADE A HUGE MISTAKE.
The Bulls drew the exact same last SECOND play as in game 3, when Pippen refused to enter the game and Kukoc hit the game winner from the elbow. Same play. Obviously Scottie already didnt like the play because he threw a lazy pass here, which Kukoc mishandled and they lost the game. So come game 3 and Phil goes with the same shit again? That was the reason Scottie sat out. Luckily Toni knocked down the shot and the Bulls recovered, under Pippen's leadership, brushing this unfortunate incident off and getting to game 7, which they lost. The 1993/94 Bulls were a GREAT team. It is a consensus that they got robbed in game 5 of this series.
Scottie elevated two average players to Allstar status for the first time in their careers(Bj and Horace) but it felt like he was doing it all by himself.
Knicks beat the crap out if him too back then. Quite a few times he would set earth shattering picks on Scotty, knocking him to the ground with a smile. That's the reason Scottie felt so good on the dunk everyone like to talk about.
You are wrong. I don't do things like this. I am just bringing best basketball moments for others. I can stop doing it easily but i know that a lot of fans want to watch bulls highlights...
The Bulls in 1994 and 1995 were in transitional mode in between the 1st three peat and the 2nd three peat. With that said...as good as Pippen was (and he was very good....All Star level good)....but the Bulls needed a closer...especially when they lost leads.
Man ,you’re the only person who hit the nail on the head.We had one player that could create his own shot, that has never transferred into championships!
Also these same knicks were chosen to go to the finals the previous season, but failed so David Stern put a hit out on MJ’s father for not throwing the series.IMO
1994 and their rematch from the previous year minus MJ of course the Knicks really loved the Bulls that much and battered em lefts and rights and successfully scuttled the crown from em in 7 games 😅
The golden age of NBA BASKETBALL. I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAYS. THIS IS THE REAL NBA. I HAVE SPOKEN.
Now THIS is a RARE GAME..... About time this series was posted.....

I was 16 and I was all for the Knicks in this series
My beloved version of the New York Knicks
Nike should rerelease the Air Swifts that Scottie rocked during this series!!
Thanks for add the intro, I like the intro from NBC,

Toni hit 3 game winners that year is why they went to Toni n he was a better shooter I would go to Toni also
3:21 Starks reliving MJ from the post scares of years past
5:34 Harper gets put in the wash cycle by Pip
Wow amazing post as per usual AlexMj, the bulls actually could have won this series from this game! So unlucky!!
Scottie elevated two average players to Allstar status for the first time in their careers(Bj and Horace) but it felt like he was doing it all by himself.
I remember back into the 90s when the chicago bulls play against the new york the knicks and the bulls and the knicks beat themselves.
Pippen killed these guys
Hahahaha what? He didn’t show up in the 4th in this series
@@TL2354 Cuz he was busy getting his teammates involved..unlike Jordan.
@Jay Thompson There's more to that story than you know.
Knicks beat the crap out if him too back then. Quite a few times he would set earth shattering picks on Scotty, knocking him to the ground with a smile. That's the reason Scottie felt so good on the dunk everyone like to talk about.
Thank you x1000.

Scottie Pippen The New Goat Of Chicago Bulls In 1994
PIPPEN WAS THE TRUTH
Its Criminal how he doesnt get the credit he deserves.
The Bulls had this game. If only they won it, took the series in 6, Riley would've left the Knicks a year earlier.
The Bulls had this game and Game 5 as well....
I know David Stern put some calls in for the knicks,New York was supposed to be the next big thing post MJ
The bulls should have 4 peat but I don't think they would have beat Houston in the finals without Jordan
The Bulls in 1994 and 1995 were in transitional mode in between the 1st three peat and the 2nd three peat.

Any chance you can post the full game?
Bulls should have beaten these bums! If Jordan is still playing 4 peat easily!!
Jordan would have beaten these bums, but not olajuwon rockets.
Olajuwon would not let bulls get 4 peat if mj played.
This was the game that lost the bulls the series, not game 5
You *KNOW* the fix was in! Bulls would have DESTROYED these BUMS but jordan's legacy had to be preserved!!!
This is when the bulls needed another scorer. Pete myers? You replaced jordan with pete 5.6 ppg myers!!??!!
Oh, the refs cheated too!
Man ,you’re the only person who hit the nail on the head.We had one player that could create his own shot, that has never transferred into championships!

This let you know this shit is scripted . This whole intro was a soap opera
Real Montana it’s wonderful theater
This is proof that the Bulls were better without Jordan
What???
@@joseaaronleojeruta2122 only dumb people ask 'what'
@@user-ep9hf4wq7dbetter without jordan thats why they lose this series...this squad never won a ring without jordan
