    Body camera footage of the Allen Premium Outlet mall mass shooting was released Wednesday after a grand jury no-billed the officer who shot and killed the shooter.
    The Texas Rangers and the Collin County District Attorney’s Office presented the evidence to the grand jury. The grand jury's no-bill means that after reviewing the evidence, they ruled the use of force was justified under Texas law.
    Eight people were killed and several others were injured when a gunman opened fire at the Allen Premium Outlets on Saturday, May 6.
    The body camera footage released Wednesday showed the tragic events from the officer's perspective. The video was edited to blur out the faces of civilians and victims, and some language has been removed, Allen police said.

    To be able to go from interacting with a mother and her kids being a respectable man and police officer to shifting into bravery and a protector in a matter of seconds is commendable, admirable, and the type of person we should strive to emulate.

      @Space.Ghost. although what happened there was tragic and frustrating, I don't like to bash that group of police and sherriffs. One of the deputy sherrifs of that group is the brother of a lady I've done work with. His daughter was one of the kids killed there. So a deputy sheriff that we bash when we say demeaning things literally lost his child in that catastrophic event.

      M@ss shooting is definitely domestic terrorism because the majority of these motives are political. Extreme people who feel that their party is losing and that the president they voted for is no longer in office or the opposite party are the ones in charge. Slice it anyway you want but it won’t change that fact.

    • @Braindead591
      @Braindead591 10 месяцев назад

      Mass sh00tings should be called domestic t3rr0rism because the motives are 100% political. The president they voted for is no longer in power and the opposite party won the election.

      I was thinking the same thing, confused it was even discussed. Then I looked it up, and it turns out it was merely a formality with a foregone conclusion. It’s like filling out paperwork, they always knew it would be turned down, but it’s just a way to keep the process clean. No real question about the outcome.
