Happy belated birthday, Dickie. I always appreciate the episodes you and Cole put out. The way you articulate yourselves leaves me with lots of helpful and simple tips to experiment with, so thanks for that! Maybe you can do an episode on how you've built that skill?

Here are my top 3 takeaways from the wholesome episode
    4:00 Play The Long Game
The social media game isn't played by just scaling. It's showing up consistently (take it as paying rent) enjoy to know what works or doesn't before using what works to scale and optimise
9:00 Interesting POV From A AMA session
It's easy to feel numb to a large audience. Dickie addressed this by having a person AMA live zoom session. This gave valuable insights as to where people first came across this content and he also came up with fresh content if. This was a vehicle up refine ideas
13:30 How To Measure Success Of A New Activity
There's nothing to measure against when starting a new endeavour, therefore the only measure of success should be being able to turn up. The interest in this compounds over time. Remember 80% of the rewards comes from just 20% effort
Happy birthday in addy Dickie like the Gen z's say it😹

Great episode. It sounds like scaling a business is messier than a one-year-old eating birthday cake.

Quick question (that may sound stupid so apologies in advance if that’s the case)- how do you decide what you consider “low hanging fruit?” I say this because I’ve recently started ghostwriting (with PGA) and I see so many things that are considered low hanging fruit that I end up not moving the needle because I’m going in so many directions. Would appreciate any thoughts you have on this! And happy birthday Dickie and Cole!

You know Mr. Cole…you don’t have to stare in the camera stoically while Dickie is talking. You could look his way as it’s more naturally for the conversation.

Another awesome episode, so thanks for that, as always!
On a birthday note: Dickie, I don't think you realize how wise you are for your age. When I first heard your age I found it hard to believe...you may turn 28 (have turned by now), but I think there's a 82 year old grandpa veteran soul hiding in a young body. Seriously man, if more Gen Z's were like you, that generation would be far less lost 🤣
