No one is irreplaceable, even the founder. And that's a GOOD thing. - Once free from mechanical work, you can do 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 work. - Thank you! Great info as usual
I finish every episode of Espresso Hour feeling like I just walked off a 1960s style golf course meeting. You two are on to something big with this education agency concept. I was working with a new member in the Premium Ghostwriters Anonymous group about creating his offer - it was too broad and unsustainable. In 20 minutes we had it down to a focus group of people, in an easily defined market that he could start targeting that day. Building his offer was fun. Building mine feels like a grind I think this is what going deep on customer success look like.
10/10, guys. Love the definition of "becoming more powerful". Very curious to hear what you've been cooking up on the golf course this summer for the rest of the year.
I’d love to go to a golf course here in Tokyo but they’re ridiculously expensive and it’s an all-day endeavor with lunch and breaks. I used to go all the time back in Michigan when I was a kid. Good times.
Awareness of the problem is the first step, but doesn't not equal instant behavior change. So true. PS: Quick audio tip - don't hit the table while recording. These high quality mics pick up everything. The sound engineer in me hurts every time 😂
One of the best episodes of the year IMO

Was on the golf course three months ago listening to this episode. Good times!

Great episode, as always.
And funny you brought up the golf course topic. I was just talking to my wife about taking golf lessons soon.
Currently walking the golf course, Listening to guys.
Golden nugget- Focus on one thing at a time.
This is so cool. I'm hooked and going to watch these Espresso Hours regularly now... :)
Love this episode. I’m gonna come up with some ideas to assess my goals tomorrow on the golf course.
Ship 30 for 30, This is great! I liked it and subscribed!
Yeah, I can rocking the next Espresso Hour in golf attire. It's that chill. And all the best business deals happen on the golf course.
This was great fellas. But I gotta run and hit up that the golf course.

Do you do an agency mastermind group? I’m interested. Thanks for all you guys do.
Only an Espresso Hour episode could distract me from watching the beautiful golf course of the Masters tournament this weekend!
So what I'm hearing is: housewarming party at the backend of summer on or near the golf course.
You know I'm in brothers! 😜

Such an insightful conversation based on proven your experience. I always learn from these espresso hours. Better than being on the "GOLFCOURSE". 😂😂
What a great GOLF COURSE
When does ship30 open again?
How do we email you? And do you respond to your emails.
Highly recommend PGA
