You said in one sentence that he spends 10 days out of 30 with his son, then soon after that using a younger picture of him could be evidence he doesn't spend much time with his son. I don't know about the US, but 10 days out of 30 is more than many dad's get here, even when they fight for 50/50 or even full custody. Maybe he used a younger picture to give to give the boy a bit of privacy as he's nearly a teenager?

Even if she is a sex worker I don’t think she needs to lose custody! As long as she’s not being him to work! A child needs both parents in their life. They could just have an agreement that the child not be exposed to anyone or anything problematic.
