Your biggest problem is not black soot inside the DPF, which is regeneratable but red-brownish ash which is not regeneratable. I didn't see any redish ash being spitted out during your cleaning procedure. I'm sorry to say but your good intentions were pointless

The main task was to reweld the flexible connection of the exhaust and see what condition the dpf is in. The rest was already more than entertainment!
