Broken to BLONDE - a major transformation!

HI everyone!
This lovely gal came in with a super broken fragile hair. When she originally sat in my chair, I told her from the gate that we couldn't move forward with the process until her hair was in better shape. She understood, and I sent her home with k18! (k18 is amazing)
6 weeks of usage has her ready to rock and roll, so we went for it!
I used Joico Blonde Life + 20 volume for her initial lightening.
I then went back over top with Oligo Cool Toned Blonde + 20 volume to hit out the stubborn areas.
once I felt she was processed, I rinsed and did a Malibu DDL treatment to try and rid the blue but that pigment was STUBBORN!
I then did a little magic (hehe) and used color theory to 86 that pigment (you gotta watch to find out, comment "I saw the magic" if saw what I used!)
we were super thrilled with the results, and even happier at how healthy her hair was at the end of it.
