    The dessert cutlery are wrong. If you are at firmak meal thingsare supposed to be smooth and ekegNt. Your servers should have white gloves. Have you ever tried reaching around a seated person and pick up one llare feom on top of another? The space between the silver should be completely empty with only the napkinn there. With a rablecloth never use a charger pkate(very low class) or a place mat. Witha bare table a small linen pkace mat beautifully starched can be on the rable. The china for each course is brought in and then removed. The glasses are in a riw from the knife point to the right, the furst used then the next and next from the outside in to the center.
