    Adobe premier inspired style layout... Nice... Just one question: How many velocity layers per sample in this? Found the answer:
    "In SD3 Core the numbers are 80 hits and 24 layers."

    If I had to buy ONE and can afford SD3, should I still be considering EZ2, or does SD3 contain everything I might want from EZ2? In other words, is it safe to say that EZ2 is now just a lite version of SD3 for those on a limited budget but there's no point in having both?

      100% SD3, EZ Drummer is, as you said, essentially a lite version of Superior

    does it have an individual channel for the cymbals without the overhead in the mixer?

    • @toontrack
      @toontrack  3 года назад +1

      Hi, The Cymbals are all in the OH channel but you can control them individually in the "Close Mic Audio from Instruments" menu in the SD3 mixer

    I'm having an issue with edrums and sd3. The kick will trigger the crash sometimes. It will trigger at harder velocity but its not calbibrated to do this. Please any help would be appreciated. (Roland27kvs)

    Is the Macro knob value a static or relative value?
    If you have different release values on each drums for ex.
    Does it change all release times to the same value or push them relatively?

      @toontrack  7 лет назад +1

      Hi, Its both. When you initially bind the Macro all articulations in the Macro will have the same high and low limits... but you can change the High and Low Limit for each member of the macro, and they it would change them relatively.

    I find most of these interfaces ultimately disappointing. they always focus on the GUIs tech etc but rarely on the ease and fun of programming. this most important feature is universally ignored by all software companies because they cannot come up with a way of making programming a track quick, fun and effiecient. This is the real challenge in these interfeaces. I dont like the way the add ons are so expensive afterwards either( like new kits, midi files etc. Then there is all the authorisation registration crap which is restricting. Still waiting for a decent drum module for PC that just gets on with the job. Could not care less about most of the stuff he rattles on about in this vid. Tempt me by building a track quickly easily that sounds up to the job and looks like something I might be able to do without hunting for tutorials on youtube that dont exist Nothing fancy. Just something for your average pop song. First to come up with this will clean up the market. Its not rocket science.
